The best part of our stay was the brilliant staff! Habib and the other gentlemen working at the hotel were so lovely and helpful. We would stay again just because of the staff! The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was brilliant. Far away enough from the busy clubs to be quiet at night. Great place for exploring Gili T

We LOVED our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable (especially the bed!) and the bathroom was as needed too. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and were very accommodating. We extended our stay by two nights here as we loved it and the island so much

The staff was very helpful . The room was nice, the bath was spacious. The balcony outside was a dry spot to relax at when it rain, short walk to the pool. Good breakfast served. The hotel had bike rental and a bike is needed on this island, perfect to get around. The area is quite since it is in the middle of the island, but with bikes it is no problem.

If you have the bottom room you can hear those above walking around, lizards in the room.

We had a room on the ground floor, and you could hear a lot of what was happening in the room above us. The room was not soundproofed very well, but this is due to the construction method (all wood). It would be nice to install a glass plate/shower curtain in the shower to prevent the area close to the toilet from getting wet

The resort was a good location to visit beaches on both sides of the island. The staff was super helpful, polite and nice. They also helped us to book a snorkeling tour. Laundry service was also available, with good pricing and quick processing time. The room was clean, and room service was available every day.

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too high for our liking. Other than that almost everything was perfect. Having a mini fridge in the room would make it perfect

The location was ideal, close to the best beach in gili T and nightlife, but far enough to not hear the music in the room. The staff was very fast in fixing anything we requested.

The quality of food for breakfast.

We stayed here just for 1 night. The staff was nice and friendly. Unfortunately they forgot to prepare our take away breakfast as we had to leave early, so we had to wait. They put the hot food into plastic containers that just melted on the way. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. Also there was a very good warung nearby where we had both lunch and dinner
