I didn’t care much for the breakfast. Pretty standard western options or local breakfast. Fruit was nice and the coffee nice and strong.

Small and friendly- relaxed atmosphere. Very big room ( we had a suite - a big very comfortable double bed and a fold out for teenager- we all felt we had enough space) room was clean. Pool was lovely - the right size for the accomodation. Set a street back from the beach- it was a 5 min walk and there are singers on the beach free to Sagara residents in an allocated area. We hired bikes for a leisurely ride along the front. Free drop off to other Sanur areas. Helpful staff. Nice Spa too. Good breakfast.

The suite has minimal daylight - but the temperature was great.

Breakfast at the pool every day is a great way to start the day.

The pool was lovely and there were ample choices on the al a carte menu for breakfast. The Vietnamese restaurant out the front was also very good. The room upstairs was lovely, comfortable beds and very spacious rooms. We also loved the spa bath on the balcony. Great location.

The first room we were given was on the bottom level right at the front of the property and it smelt so badly of mould we had to buy an air freshener. No natural light came in to the room at all! The room had a humidifier that was noisy and kept turning on and off. The room lost power overnight and the person on reception overnight didn’t speak English and it took ages for them to turn our power back on. During the night we heard a rustling noise while the power was out and found a mouse/rat was going through our suitcase. After asking to change rooms the next day, we were moved for our remaining two nights. The rooms on the second level were so much better! The reggae bar across the road plays loud music every night until 11pm.

Nice property and good easy set up with the pool and restaurant are. Room was spacious and nice too.

Location is a bit of a walk to the central area but it is a short and cheap taxi away.

Free breakfast was great. Huge comfy beds. Plenty of places to eat. Nice quiet south end of Sanur.

Villas are lovely . Rooms are abysmal

Suites are dirty . Stained fabrics on couches. Strong drain smell. Dirty curtains . Stains on walls and mould

Staff, cleanliness, size of the huge suites, thoughtful twice a day cleanup for family with kids, attended to our request immediately. Welcoming swimming pool. Aist choose for families with young kids

Staff are friendly and helpful. We changed our room as didn't like the location of the suite we had, all done without any dramas the suites upstairs have a nice balconies recommend suite 231. Breakfast was great as was the restaurant for dinner. Gardens and pool nice. Good location for other restaurants. Next time will book a villa.
