Very clean and comfortable. Close to the beach. Hotel provided snorkelling equipment and had bikes for rent. Sitting area outside the room with a fan. Staff were very helpful

Great location, quiet, a short walk to the beach and with some lovely shops and cafe's just around the corner. Lovely staff, very helpful, gentle and kind. Nice pools and lots of areas to relax and read. Good bikes to rent at normal prices.

There are mosquitos, so keep the door closed and apply repellent. We didn't get bitten by using these simple measures. The towels are microfibre which we're not a fan of.

Location was a 10. Perfect to get anywhere on the island.

A really spacious and clean property with a lovely pool and exquisite decoration! Friendly welcome, snorkelling masks were free to use and easy to access, with Padel courts and some great food options + the beautiful beaches and sunset in the north of the island. Thanks for the leaving gift too - a really lovely touch!

Lella (the owner) and the manager dodi are such lovely people and it was a pleasure to stay there! Lella did everything to help us and to make us feel at home. Thanks a lot ♥️ she recommended us the best things: making silver jewerly, il baretto (best Italian coffee place, sands beach club,…) we really felt at home at her place 🥹🥰

Lovely friendly staff, easy check-in, rented bikes. The space was lovely, air conditioning worked well. Felt comfortable and safe. The area was the perfect location!

It was a bit of a walk from the port, as I’m not too keen on using horse and carriage. But I wouldn’t even consider this a negative because it’s on the better side of the island in my opinion.

The accomodation was very beautiful, the rooms and the two pools were very clean and the manager of the homestay and Lella was very welcoming. Great time in Gili air!

Such an amazing and caring owner and staff, everything was brand new and so clean and welcoming. Great air con, WiFi, pool, shower, just perfect! Just a 3 minute walk from the most beautiful beach in the island. Best stay I had in Indonesia!! A must stay!!

Absolutely nothing!

Beautiful rooms with attention to detail in decor. Staff very helpful and nice. Peaceful and quiet, good noise insulation from outside. Good A/C Free Refills of filtered water.

Maybe only our room but loud sound of water pump whenever anyone used water/shower Wifi was intermittently cutting out

Great accommodation, quite new and in great condition. They have everything I needed, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, mosquito repellent etc. Bed are very comfty and rooms cleaned daily. It was less than a 5 min walk to the beach which had the best sunset

My stay was fantastic, the accommodation where I was staying looked recently built, so everything looked new. The design is very nice, everything is made from wood and they take sustainability, ecology, and waste very seriously. What made my stay more pleasant was the receptionist Dodi, who was very friendly and helped me a lot with recommendations of things to do in Gilli Air. Dodi is very good in his job, and you can see that he is experienced in the hospitality industry. Thank you very much for making my stay more pleasant.

I really enjoyed both my own room with patio and the common spaces, all very inviting and relaxing. The attention to details makes this place special, from the high quality complimentary toiletries and sleeping aids to the wonderful shower head and double pool :) The location is perfect, the host and her team super attentive & welcoming, one doesn't want to leave!

We adored our stay Sampai Jumpa. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful (even the cat!) The place is very well thought out for guests, nice areas to hang out, the rooms has everything you need, the bikes were handy and the pools were lovely. There are great warungs and cafes near by. I would recommend staying here to anyone and hope to bring friends and family here with us next time.

The staff were great and it was really reasonably priced. It was quiet and the bed was comfy.

The property is in a peaceful part of Gili Air, perfect for those who want to relax away from the crowds. Everything is brand new and spotlessly clean. The two pools with crystal-clear water were a highlight, and the facilities had everything we could ask for. From organizing excursions and bike rentals to sorting out laundry, Lella ensured every need was taken care of with ease. Sampai Jumpa is truly a hidden gem, and we would 100% stay here again. It’s clear that Lella has created something really special here, and we’re so glad we got to experience it. Highly recommend!

Lella puts her heart into this place, and it shows. She really cares about creating a beautiful, comfortable environment. The design of everything has been carefully created by Lella, and the result is a place that is relaxing and welcoming. My room was very clean - the whole place was. The location is very peaceful - when you stay at Sampai Jumpa, you are unlikely to be woken up by the mosque’s 4:30am call to prayer - this is rare on Gili Air. You also won’t be kept up by bars playing music. Having said that, location is close to the north-west facing coast, so you are only moments away from being able to see the sunset, as well as various eateries in the area and along that beach. In the room, there’s ample shelves and hangers and storage, and excellent A/C. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve had in Bali, Lombok & Gili Air. This is a beautiful place, and Lella is a fantastic host. She organised all sorts of things for me, including laundry and a snorkelling tour.

Comfy bed, hot water & great location on Gili Air. Super quiet, we couldn't hear the mosque at all during the night. Lella is such an incredible host, she couldn't do enough for us & had some great recommendations on the island.

Lella has an eye for detail and beauty. The property is laid out perfectly and the location is fantastic. Having two pools is a genius idea and the use of natural materials and colours are so calming. The room and bathroom were a great size and both furnished well. The mirror made me look skinny 😜
