TurkeyOnly some prices for some services were a bit much. Drinks were not expensive, even cheaper than other bars in the center. Massage and taxi service for airport were expensive. We had dinner at the hotel for a day and breakfast every morning; the portions could be bigger. It is not possible to be full with that breakfast for two people. They can improve this.
It was a great experience. We stayed in the samujha part of the hotel with a more private and silent area. It made our stay excellent. The service and the staff were really good, they were all kind and helpful. The room was also perfect even though we didn't have a pool view. We thought that maybe it was a bit far at the beginning while booking; however it is only 5-7 min. by bike. So the location was also great which we had some doubts before we arrived.

We had a wonderful stay at the villas. The setting was peaceful and private, with a beautiful garden and a lovely pool that added to the relaxing atmosphere. There is nothing not to like about this stunning property! The staff were friendly, helpful, and polite, and the room and grounds were immaculate. Those pillows!!!! Heaven :) We loved being 5 minutes south of the main part of Ubud. Close enough to nip in for food and activities, but remote enough to feel surrounded by nature. That pool... bliss!

United KingdomJust being very picky, I would have liked the bed canopy to be washed more regularly, the drain in the shower was blocked and would flood the bathroom. Also the fridge turns off when you take the key so you can't keep food or drinks cold. Lastly, the same music at breakfast everyday which grates if you stay longer than a night or two. But still, I'd 100% stay again.
I felt so safe, calm, and comfortable here that I extended my stay and already wish I'd stayed longer! If you're looking for somewhere in Ubud I 100% reccomend. The staff are wonderful and its super easy to get a moped into town. It's peaceful and quiet here. Also the beds are 10/10 and the bath tubs are great.

Our interactions with them were genuine, warm, and enriching. The hotel was an oasis of calm just outside the hustle and bustle of Ubud. The villa was gorgeous and so private. It was new, with a large, clean bathroom and very comfortable bed. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The grounds are stunning, with well manicured gardens and rice paddies out the front. Highly recommend this place for couples looking to relax and unwind.

The location is ideal—just 10 minutes from Ubud center and close to all the must-see spots and activities.
