AustraliaBreakfast for early starters was not really attended by hotel staff. There was an egg station with just 1 cold egg sitting on a plate and no staff cooking or even walking through restaurant. (6,30am). I did see a staff member around 7.05am but by that time i had made do with what was available which was 85% Indonesian local orientated which was ok. But if breakfast is open then there should be staff to at least ask a question to and get eggs cooked fresh if wanted.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was neat and clean. Next to hotel, almost connected is a shopping center with good options for meals, Starbucks for coffee option and supermarket option for milk and amenities if required.

AustraliaNo telephone in the room. If you want to order room service you need to go down to the reception. This is the most annoying part, the water glow is very low! Don't expect to have nice hot shower! The sofa needs to be replaced. The cushion foam inside has lost its resilience so the feels so hard when you sit on it!
The hotel is connected to Teras Kota which makes it easier for us to go to a supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops.

Good hotel in great location right next to a big shopping center with cafes and restaurants. Rooms are clean but a bit old. Breakfast great with a lot of local and international options. Very friendly and helpful staff.

There were weddings and events happening a lot so i didn't get chance to eat at the buffet. Ms Steffy was an incredible staff member, always a smile and always willing to give suggestions and answers. The other staff members were also friendly and i love the enthusiam from them.

Indonesiathey didn't return the items left at the hotel until we called. It was very disappointing because we live in different cities and when we left our items at the hotel they didn't call us until we called them the next day to ask about the items. If we didn't call what would have happened to the items? Maybe they wouldn't have told us that our items had been left behind. And the item left behind was a diamond ring. In the end, we had to go back to Tangerang to pick it up, even though if they had called us after housekeeping reported that there was an item left behind that day when we checked out, we wouldn't have gone back and forth like this. So, we won't stay at this hotel again because this hotel doesn't take the initiative to return the items left behind. And that’s very dangerous.
