The show in the restaurant area was a bit noisy every night, but they usually finished fairly early.

Excellent location, large room, great shower. Very good breakfast. Staff were lovely and always helpful.

Only minor issues: reception needs to tell the guests on arrival, that there’s beach lounges to use, & for the cost we pay, there should be WiFi included Otherwise the resort is perfect, I loved it all

We had a plunge pool room which was unreal, I used it all the time, the resort is conveniently located, loads of everything you want & need out the driveway, Beautiful staff, amazing array for breaky, very clean rooms & grounds. Easy access to the beach across the road, Sunbeds on the beach are included, get a voucher from reception.

Quite old rooms, but again for that price and location that is fine. Sunbeds near the pool are quite difficult to take, all occupied from 8am. Beach is ok, but during low tide you can not swim, thus all sit in the swimming pool.

Very good location for that price. Swimming pool is amazing. Breakfast is very various. We didnot have any ussues with beach beds, easily got tickets for them at 10am.

Shower clogged, water leaked out over the bathroom floor. Interiors looked tired, sometimes housekeeping didn’t top up the toilet paper or empty the bins. One of the bed linens had stains

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable beds, very convenient location, close to many restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the beach. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet! Bidet smelled strong of Sulfur. In room lighting was very dim. House keeping was sometimes slow to service.

Grout in bathroom needs replacing. Smoke from ground floor rooms drifts up to balcony...needs to be smoke free area. Need English translation on some breakfast dishes we had no idea what they were

A truly beautiful hotel. The room was excellent, although it can be a little dark if you are staying on the lower floors. Apart from that, everything was very pleasant. The pool area is absolutely wonderful – simply fantastic! Towels are available at the pool, and the pool bar is also excellent. Overall, I cannot think of anything negative to mention. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and I can only express my gratitude for the outstanding service.

The bath outside is dated and the view isn’t great. The bathroom needs updated. Not much space in toilet with door.

Every single staff member was so friendly. Always saying hello and smiling. The food was really good and the room service was quick.

Our room smelt ‘damp’ and this remained even after the aircon had been cleaned. Expected more from the actual room for the price range. The price of the cocktails at the pool bar seemed extra expensive.

The pool was great. Not too cold or too busy. Very Clean. Staff very pleasant. Super close to the ‘Icon’ which meant just a quick walk to the beach.

Some breakfast options were unidentifiable to English speaking people, a translation would help so we know what they were. There was no book in room explaining the hotels facilities, breakfast times, how to get laundry done etc.

The pool area was amazing, definitely the asset of the resort. Rooms were okay, older style furniture. Room was large Large breakfast spread

The layout of the pool/getting around it was a little strange. The size of the hotel was personally a little too big for my liking in Sanur but that’s personal opinion.

Very clean and tidy, nice big buffet breakfast and pool was lovely.

There was nothing that I didn’t like

I booked this property by researching you tube so I was a little hesitant about what I was going to come to. This resort was fantastic and the staff were absolutely amazing people. The breakfast was also very good. My only critique would be there is not enough sun lounges for the pool area. They do offer sun lounges at the beach though.
