It's a nice hotel with a good location. It's nothing extra, but it's worth the price. The location is great because it's close to the center, but outside of the busy area. They came to clean every day.

I had gastroenteritis after eating breakfast in the hotel. I didn't like also the fact that thet forgot to supply toilet paper although I didn't have in my room. Fortunately when I asked the receptionist he gave to me toilet paper. The room also has many insects maybe because it's in the forest.

The location and the atmosphere was very nice, the hotel is surrounded by a forest and it has a very beautiful decoration. The room was also nice.

It needs updating as the wall paint is peeling, curtains falling apart and bathrooms not nice with water spraying everywhere from shower heads. The bed was like concrete and the one pillow uncomfortable. The pool chairs were mouldy and falling apart. The staff were all very young and lacked information and guidance.Restaurant only open for breakfast so you can’t order snacks during the day

Located just out town so it was quiet and had a nice outlook from the pool. Close to supermarket was helpful and good massage next door

Some problems with the showers, it doesn’t drain well so the floor’s bathroom were completely wet.

The breakfast wow! So much options, and everything was delicious. The bedroom was big, the bed comforting and there is a wardrobe. The staff is super nice. I definitely would like to come back

Breakfast was ok. For indian vegetarians no option except fruits and breads. WiFi speed is very low. No restaurants in Villa for food to be ordered in Room.

It is a beautiful property. Many indian and continental Restaurants are nearby. Many shops and marts are also nearby and adjacent. Rooms & bathrooms are good. very friendly and nice staff.

Can not ask for extra pillow and the pillow was hard to sleep on. Room is very humid. Make up Room always late, up to 3 pm. The motor bike parking was smell.

There was no place to dry clothes in the room which we stayed. We had stayed for 5 days and we badly needed places to dry clothes, which get wet due to water-related activities in Ubud. Without such a facility, it is very difficult to manage. Bathroom door was not smooth to open/close. Once the bathroom door was locked inadvertently and we had to call for help. Intercom does not work. The staff ask us to contact them through WhatsApp. This worked well, but there were instances when they did not respond to text or calls through WhatsApp.

Breakfast buffet was good. They packed good breakfast even at 2.30 am on request, which was very good.

No escalators. U have to take steps and Carry luggage. Old property to be maintained in a better way. Old aged people to be offered lower rooms and not first floor rooms. Water coming out from bathroom while taking bath.

There was a cockroach in my room when I first arrived. I killed it and then never saw another one. There were no other problems.

The breakfast was delicious and different every day! The staff were so friendly and helpful! The pool was so nice and private. It was a really peaceful stay, I would 100% go back.

Just a couple minor issues in the room - shower head didn’t stay in the wall, ants coming in through a small crack in the wall (the cleaning staff helped resolve the issue with ants after we told reception!)
