The staff were so welcoming & friendly, they provided us with a package for a birthday & then went above and beyond to make the room look amazing & the day special, they provided us with an electric bike and many tour options. Would definitely recommend someone to stay here on their trip to Gili T.

Was a bit run down in places such as the bathroom and the shower pressure was poor. Only given one room key so air con went off when not in the room and became very hot. This wouldn’t stop us from coming back as it was very good value for money

Close to the beach, they offer bikes which you can rent for 24hrs for a small amount of money making it very easy to access sunset beach. They have a pool and some loungers but we preferred to use the beach. Room was clean and had a smart tv

Neighbours could be heard through the wall quite loud. Not necessarily the hotel’s fault but the walls are quite thin

We stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect—just a 100m walk to Sunset Beach. We chose this side of the island because it’s quieter and more relaxed, but still only a 10-minute bike ride to the busier areas. The room was spacious, spotless, and felt practically brand new. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure with both hot and cold options. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and always did an excellent job. Breakfast was included and consistently delicious, with a great variety to choose from on the menu. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed and quick to organise activities for us. The pool was also very clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend staying here!

It’s a 25 minute walk from the pier but once you arrive at the property it’s definitely worth it.

It was quiet, clean, comfortable and the staff were so friendly. It’s also very close to the best sunset spots on the island! It’s much quieter than the main part of the island by the pier but there’s still lots of restaurants and bars. The pool is a nice place to relax.

Beautiful and clean resort, with good comfort of sleep and a great location. Close to the beach, just 1 min walk, with many different activitis and restaurants near by. The resort's kitchen serves very tasty food. The hotel staff is the gold of Gili T, always in good mood, smiling and helpful. Your needs will be 110 % taking care of while you staying in the resort. WiFi in the rooms was barely usable, and I only had a phone using light apps. Think it was turned off at some points also? Shower will be hot for about 5 seconds, not a big deal but sometimes you want it scorching 😅 breakfast here was ok, limited and average. Only get it if you can't be bothered going to the cafes. But again, typical fare, was just average. Make sure your bike lock and seat work properly, changed bikes three times.

Quiet area of the island, for someone that values their sleep it was good (apart from the doors shutting loudly, but that's just the design I believe). Staff were helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the west side, you'd need a bike for anything else though.

Everything was spotless! The housekeeping staff kept the room immaculate, the pool was crystal clear, and we received fresh towels every day. Overall, the property was absolutely fantastic – truly a relaxing and well-maintained place to stay. 🏝️

Honestly for the price of 35€ per night what we paid there was nothing to not like!

It was very clean and the amenities were a modern style, the location was perfect 1 min walk from the beach but far enough from the strip to not hear the loud music all night. We were even able to rent electric scooters and bikes at the property. The value that you received for the price paid was amazing! Even the staff was insanely nice and wanted to help either everything, even when we got back to the hotel from the party at 1am the front desk employee still went out of his way and made coconuts for us

Nothing I loved everything about seashells

The rooms and bathroom were very clean and spacious I loved the welcoming staff and how caring they were to our needs they can help organise all of your daily needs and also help with organising activities such as snorkelling horse riding and many more. The pool was very big and the water is very clean. The location is tucked away perfectly so you cannot hear much noise from the outside world whilst trying to sleep it's a short walk to the sunset for those seeking sunset vibes. 9.5/10 for me

There is only one criticism, in the bathroom there is a very small step in the middle of the floor which we stubbed our toes on a few times. Not sure if it would be fixable as part of the construction - but would be great if it was attended to.

Rooms nice and spacious especially the bathroom which has large mirror and is cleaned daily with fresh towels, toilet paper etc. The hotel is quiet and had no trouble sleeping, but is just a short walk away from sunset beach with restaurants, bars, shops, pools and even an outdoor cinema which is cool. The staff made every effort to help with minor problems like safe being temperamental, and my partner left the room key locked inside! Breakfast was yummy and they also have 3 cute cats which is a bonus 😺🤗

You can’t close the bathroom windows, so when there is a fire in the backyard land of the hotel, the smoke will come in straight to the bathroom.
