Excellent location to Sanur port, breakfast was delicious (Japanese themed) and the room had amazing great view of the sunrise and the ocean. I wish we could stay longer.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!! Honestly the first place I have ever stayed and experienced this type of customer service. On top rod that the facilities were perfect everything was on point. It was like we had someone watching over our shoulder at anytime fixing anything that could go wrong. Best hotel I have stayed ANYWHERE in the world

Seascape is a small, intimate hotel where the staff seem to genuinely care about the service they give to guests. We were greeted whenever we encountered them as if they were pleased to see us, and asked about our day. It is approx 15 minute walk to the beaches and seafront walk of Sanur, the hotel provide shuttle transport if desired. The Japanese restaurant on site, with views towards the sea, is exceptional, with a very calm, unhurried ambience and delicious food. Staff Roy and Agus stand out with their service, always willing to explain dishes or give advice. The en suite room was very comfortable and calming, well furnished and equipped, with every facility needed, including an outdoor bath on the veranda. The room was serviced each day and a 'turn down' service provided in the evening. The pool area is very pleasant, and pool towels are provided. Spa treatments are available, though we didn't use these. We would recommend Seascape

The location isn't ideal. Not very walkable to other places but the shuttle service is excellent.

Lack of flexibility e.g during breakfast we were not allowed to change our mushrooms for another option. Also, the fact that even though you pay for a luxury hotel, you need to pay a lot of money for all the extra services e.g. massage 60 min at street value is IDR 110 and the hotel were asking around IDR 450 which is extortionate by comparison.

Singing at tsune, for an yo market restaurant it needed to have a little less volume. We had our room directly under restaurant which meant we heard all the music and activity in restaurant until closing.

breakfast was just ok. A few more Western options would be good. On the balcony/deck, the holes to the next deck should be filled/covered so there's total privacy

The drinking water didn’t work and the free shuttle van wasn’t available to drop us at the port.

The design of the resort and amenities in the room was cool. The electric blind was useful and convenient. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel itself was located in the middle of no where so after check in we went to the roof top restaurant supposed to open until 11pm. However, we went there at 9:30 and they said it’s closed. They recommend to go KFC which is open 24hrs. That was not we were expected.

Maybe make breakfast options more varied - apart from the main the sides are always the same (not a buffet menu like other places) - not an issue if you stay for a couple of days, more-so because we stayed a long period. Food was still delicious!

Super accommodating staff, very kind and welcoming. Extremely clean facilities. Room was a good size and incredible view. Restaurant upstairs had very high quality drinks and shisha! 100% would recommend!!!

The property is a bit out of Sanur centre but you can use the property shuttle to drop you anywhere but you will need to find your own way to come back.

Perfect for a couple getaway. It was so romantic. We highly recommend it. You can order flowers decoration packages on arrival. The room had amazing facilities. The staff is very dedicated and we enjoyed our room presentation on arrival. The restaurant upstairs Tsune is just an hidden gem if you love Japanese food it also serves the daily à la carte breakfast.

This seems like a fairly new hotel near Sanur Harbour. The facilities were excellent, featuring thoughtful touches like a Dyson hair dryer and USB wall plugs. The interior design and room layout were both very good. Breakfast was exceptional, offering a great start to the day. The hotel also provides a complimentary 30-minute massage, and it’s just a 10-minute drive to Icon Bali shopping centre. Shuttle services are available as well, making it convenient to get around. Last but not least, staff were very helpful.

From the moment I arrived the care and service that was provided was amazing. Jeje and the other staff members were so attentive, friendly and helpful :) the room was stunning and had so many amazing features and facilities. All explained so well to me. I was recommended the spa and had a wonderful massage. Breakfast was also beautifully served and the staff and the restaurant very friendly and attentive. I can't wait to return to seascape! I stayed here as I was getting a boat to an island the next day and the location for this was perfect. Just a note - The room was spotlessly clean and the bedding had the freshest, clean linen smell with big comfy pillows, also loved the generous check out time, more time in the comfy bed! Thank you again!

We had a lovely, albeit way too short, stay at Seascape Sanur. It was my fiancée’s birthday and the staff, including restaurant, went above and beyond. Special mention to Dina for wonderful hospitality. Such a memorable stay for us ❤️❤️ We enjoyed the restaurant twice as it was truly outstanding. The team even made a sushi cake with decoration for Madonna. So kind and thoughtful.

In my opinion the choice of the spirits in the bar can be improved. I would have like more choice

The rooms were absolutely breathtaking, with great attention to detail and comfort. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty, offering impeccable service throughout our stay. Is definetly worth to mention the japanese restaurant in the hotel, where the food was absolutely delicious, and to the professionality of the massage terapists. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable experience in Bali!
