Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. RussiaI went to the reception, no one spoke English, I asked if I could sit in the Meeting room for a couple of hours - they said yes, if you pay 100k, it was under cameras. before going to bed - a crowd of employees came and tried to scam me out of 250k per hour. that is, 750 thousand rupees, if it weren’t for my faith in justice, they would have cheated me, be careful and don’t fall for scammers

No chiller/mini fridge to store my drinks/food. 4.Room tabel not looking so great/dirty from the cigarette. 5.The AC not working at breakfast area so its so HOT and also lobby area. 6. Mosquitoes are everywhere, even inside my room. Had mosquito bites over my body. 7. The bed are huge but its conjoined by 2 bad. So its useless if you sleep in the middle because there's a gap in between of the bed. So in the future I really hope you can improve this for a better change. Thank you.

FranceOverall a bit everything would need some refreshment : the joints in the shower, the linen. Charging anything using the power plug is quite slow... Despite the hotel (or at least the room) being non smoking, we had a couple of time some smell of cigarette smoke coming we think from the AC. Also, not very well isolated from the noise. We could hear the guest in the room next door talking or plugging something in the power socket. One night we had some youth playing guitar and singing out loud nearby in the street, I could hear them very clearly.
Location is great. Walking distance from Grand Indonesia. Staff is nice. Beds are comfy. Price is interesting.

LithuaniaNot clean, lot of ants in the room. The sheeting is not clean either. There is no towel for toilet floor, so its quite wet. Also the towel they provided is not good quality. The water in shower smells really bad. The charging port is a bit far from the bed, not comfy. The facility is functioning but doesnt look in a good condition; table, toilet, AC.
Good design, good choice of color - make it looks nice. Location is in the heart of jakarta, walking distance to the big mall.

I like the hotel just opposite to thamrin city mall where u can enjoy shopping n food easily...the staff was really friendly..I enjoy my stay there..the hotel was beautiful n look comfy too

Old towels and linen should be replaced to refresh its image. Otherwise, it will go into a dilapidated hotel category. Massive renovation reqd to attract new or repeat customers. Take advantage of yr location!

RussiaBe careful: they don’t have wifi in the rooms. I spent most of my time there sitting in the lobby trying to catch some wifi. Not the most pleasant experience. The staff couldn’t help me with any of my problems. Also the room looked like once it was really fancy, but now it’s just really used and sad.
