Could have been a little bit cleaner

The facility is gorgeous. We took the opportunity to have a photoshooting, offered by the staff, and it was nothing but great! The breakfast is absolutely amazing!

I previously read reviews that this hotel is dated and I would agree with that. It seems that the property is perhaps too big/expensive to maintain. I stayed in July and the hotel was very quiet.

The hotel is magnificent. It’s very beautiful, especially the pool. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Lots of people seem to come to his hotel for a photoshoot. The view of the volcano from my balcony was outstanding.

Very outdated, cleanliness could be improved, not well-maintained and breakfast was chaos. After I checked-in at the hotel after a long day, I couldn’t immediately enter my room because the lock mechanism to the room was broken. Instead of getting us another room, they got a technician to come and fix the door, but it took a while so we just sat on the floor outside our door because nobody could tell us how long it would take to fix it.

The room was spacious and the view was great from the restaurant. It is a very pretty property, and with proper maintenance could be a very lovely place.

I was surprice, my room was upgraded, Sheraton give Room 517 (Bimasena Ececutive Suite) was so beautiful with three balcony, luxury, Spacious and comfortable. Bfast nice many variety with merapi view and staffs are amazing, kind and friendly

We booked the club excess and dinner and It wasn’t what we thought we were getting. The high tea and dinner was terrible.

The property is old but maintained. We had issue with check in - room wasn’t ready we waited for long time but upgraded the room. At the end was a nice gesture from the hotel.

Staff never help us to send the take-out box to our room. We need to grab it by ourselves.

This resort is good designed. The swimming pool at first floor is good. The breakfast here is so good which provides many cuisines to meet customers' requirements. The coffee guy is really friendly and even learn to make a new kind of coffee for us which he first knew.

Service was a little show but it didn't affect our stay. The pool closed at 6pm which was a little disappointing and the kids club was not manned or had air conditioning. Otherwise all was great and we enjoyed our stay.

The pool was great, the rooms were great and they managed to get interconnected rooms for us and our young children. The breakfast was great and service good too.

The hotel needs a makeover especially the rooms. The age shows although they are maintaining it to the best they could.

In total and in comparison to other hotels is the value for money far from best. I had stays in similar hotel for almost 50% of the price. Very poor WLAN connection in my room.

Breakfast is excellent and almost the best in entire Yogyakarta. Pleasant with family as well, cozy room and lot of space. Unique Hotel
