Hot water in shower kept cutting out. Did not bother me but my partner was after a warmer shower.

Unfortunately we stayed in room A ( I’m sure the others are better). It is the room nearest the road and the kitchen, where people smoke and the fumes drift into the room and you can hear people’s conversation. TV remote for internet failed to work even after being changed. Towels didn’t smell great.

Major benefit of the place is the staff, everyone was so helpful they booked a tour to Ijen and helped us book train tickets. Decent room, pictures are accurate, but you need to have one away from the entrance. They let us hang around after checkout until we caught our train.

Beautiful rooms with the comfiest bed we’ve had in the last 4 months in SE Asia. The staff were so so lovely and helpful with giving us recommendations, and their English is excellent. They even made iced tea for us on arrival. There is a kitchen area with free water, tea and coffee too. Would 100% recommend staying here 😊

It is in a quiet area which is great but you will likely wake up because of nearby call to prayer around 4am each day

Such a comfortable bed! really friendly staff, always around to help or have a chat. Great location for a few restaurants & also easy to be picked up for mt ijen tours. Hot water shower. Really lovely, spacious room. Great price. It was nice to have a shared kitchen too! Would definitely stay again.

Staff were so friendly and really helpful. The room was spotless and so nice, my boyfriend injured his ankle so we couldn’t do much during our time here so was so nice to have a lovely room, amazing air con and Netflix :)

The hotel was great The rooms and the bathroom were very clean and modern, communication with the hotel from the beginning of the reservation was at the highest level, they sent all the necessary information and a list of nearby restaurants. Also we felt very safe, because the mane gate was locked and there was security all night. We are also grateful to the hotel staff, who helped us solve problems with the transfer, guide, bike rental and another in short, the hotel is 10/10

This is the best accommodation we have stayed in so far during our time in Indonesia. The room is very comfortable and feels like your own bedroom rather than a hotel or hostel. All the staff are very friendly and they provide great local tips. There is a small kitchen area that you can prepare simple meals and also chill out on the sofa or on your own terrace in front of your room. The price is also good for the quality of accommodation.

The hot water runs out pretty quickly but no big deal

Perfect place for people who want to rest. It’s not a social place so it’s ideal for people who are not looking to socialise - although you can go next door to their other branch which has a lovely social area. Room is massive, clean, and amazing value for money. I would defo stay here again.
