Nabila, our concierge/butler was amazing. She was available 24/7 and took care of all our needs/requests like a "boss". The Vinyl coffee bar that provides the breakfast had one of the best flat white coffees I've ever had.

Staff was absolutely amazing, nothing to say always on top of everything, with 24/7 service for anything you need. You can also rent a scooter directly with them, which was super convenient. Honestly, everything was perfect. Breakfast was incredible with lots of options! There’s also a lovely little café right next door, great for eating and having a drink. The room was nice but quite small. However, if you’re sensitive to noise, it can be tricky there’s a lot of movement and you can hear everything (staff cleaning outside, etc.). Otherwise, I would definitely come back!

Initially, there was an issue with the water, but the staff handled it marvelously and made sure we were well taken care. They really turned a negative into a huge positive.

This was our second stay at Sin Nombre. Unfortunately, this stay wasn't quite as relaxing as the last stay, mainly due to the new in-house cafe next door to our room opening its doors to the public at around 7.00 am every day. We felt that this was just a little too early for us to wake up on our much needed holiday! 😪

We love the setting at Sin Nombre. The staff are really lovely and the coffee from the adjoining cafe was great!

The beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to rest and relax after exploring. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The pool and garden area were beautiful and peaceful — a perfect place to unwind. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of tasty options. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s like a small paradise, every detail in interior is in the rigt place, even entrance zone looks nice. Area is quiet. Grab it if it’s available. We stay in many places around Bali and this was one if the best. Poll water was comfortly warm (not in all villas it’s warm). Staff very helpfull. Balinese massage also was perfect. Breakfest tasty. Recomend order lunch/dinner by grab taxi.

I just want to mention that during my stay there was a construction (renovation of the kitchen and lounge zone). Because of that there was noisy, but I can’t say that it really bothered me. Also, breakfast was in the building outside Sin Nombre complex. For me it was fine cause I can walk a bit in the morning and also the view was amazing (you can check the foto). So, again.. can’t say that it was a minus for me.

Very beautiful place, very friendly and helpful stuff. Location is very good. There are some fancy and tasty restaurants, spa just 2 min walk from the hotel. In Bali the opportunity to go somewhere on foot is a great rarity Also, I would like to thank the owner for his responsiveness.

Unfortunately there was construction work on site until 6pm which were not aware of nor we were told in advance. The previous hotel we stayed at sent us multiple emails advising us of the construction noise taking place in a nearby site. Also, we were not told in advance that breakfast takes place in another building outside the premises.
