The bed was a little too hard to sleep in, also mosquitos were always inside the room even with windows closed so there was certainly an open air(mostly from the bathroom) . It is ok for one night but more you risk to feel a little tired

When I arrive there they said to me that I needed to pay the 21% more than the price on booking and I think it’s not right. They give to me a room and after 5 minutes they asked to me to move, giving me a room that I haven’t booked.The felicities were basic just a couple of soap and two towel. The pressure of the water was terrible The swimming pool was a little bit dirty and also the breakfast was from 8 to 10 I asked a couple of time if was possible to anticipate the breakfast and they said no even if the staff was there h24 without do nothing. Also the way to arrive ad the property is not very comfortable

After five days and repeated requests, our room still hadn’t been cleaned. The outdoor bathroom was dirty after the rain, and we had to ask three times for someone to come and clean it. When we asked for a clean towel, we were told they didn't have any clean ones and were given a used one instead, with the suggestion to use it for now. Disgusting.

The hotel is built in a beautiful location with stunning views. The cottages are cozy and very comfortable. Delicious breakfasts.

The bathroom. The design is not good. The shower drain is on the other side of the bathroom so when you use the shower the bathroom floods and the water doesn't go into the drain so you have to ask the staff for a mop each time. Nice big balcony but there wasn't any wall or anything to separate with the people staying next door. Could do with something between each balcony. Nice big sofa on the balcony but no pillow so not comfy to sit outside on the hard wooden sofa. Towels for the pool would be good.

-Laundry: We chose to send off our laundry here to be cleaned, we got our laundry back the night before we departed early the next morning and our clothes just didn’t smell washed whatsoever seems like no detergent was used at all so we had to go and get all our clothes washed again in our next destination. Also gave in a brand new white skirt to be washed which came back grey and there was no fixing it so had to be binned. -Huts are beautiful but personally for me a little too much as they were not fully sealed there is a lot of flies, mosquitos and geckos in the hut also.

Some more touches to the room would be awesome, things like bath mats, more pillows, a better blanket.

We enjoyed our one-night stay at Sky Mountain, mainly for the beautiful architecture of the hotel and the incredible view. We were in one of the low-key rooms on the ground floor (rather than the bungalows by the pool), which sometimes felt it was missing details; for example, we only had one double sheet as a 'blanket', one pillow each, no bath mats, things like that. Plus the breakfast was a little sad as well, but you can't complain too much with the amazing view. This is the kind of hotel you'd likely want a moped for (without our mopeds, it would've been a mission to get up and down the hill!). Overall, a good stay!

The price/quality ratio just wasn't right. They were priced like a luxury hotel, but a lot of things were missing or off. A few- The shower was open to the bathroom and the drain was really far, so the bathroom was flooded with dirty water all the time. They also didn't come to clean unless you specifically asked. The bungalow had a lot of mosquitos and the ac was pointing exactly at our heads and blankets weren't provided so we were either freezing all night or way too hot if we shut the ac off. The porch outside didn't have a mattress or anything to sit on.

The place is beautiful, definitely designed to photograph well. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the pool was gorgeous and overlooking the ocean. Breakfast in the morning was nice too.

Bad management When I arrived the room I booked was occupied for 2 of the 3 nights and they moved me multiple times to other rooms. They then charged me the full price and there was issues trying to arrange discount or refund.

We had a great time at the Sky Mountain Views. I believe it is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been in Indonesia. The houses look unique and the beach view from our window / pool was stunning.

Beautiful hotel a little remote from the busy Kuta, peaceful place, crazy view on the sea from the pool. The bedrooms are spacious and modern, very clean and with big bathroom. The staff is great, the terrace with the swimming pool offers a crazy view! It’s 15min walking to Kuta center or 3’ driving, definitely worth if you want to escape from busy Kuta.

During our 3 night stay, we did not have WiFi once. The bathroom although modern, has a backward design. On one end of the large bathroom you have the open plan shower but the drain is on the opposite end of the bathroom. So when you shower, the whole room just turns into a bath for a while.

This place has great potential. Rooms are new and modern, staff are helpful and kind and the views from the hotel are amazing.

The Wifi didn't work while i was there, sometimes i had no water in my room and couldn't shower or use the sink. And the way to the city without a scooter is quite long and not easy to walk. And the 21% of additional costs was quite rude.

Amazing view from the room. To bad, the cleaning was not good. Dirty under the beds, and on the furnitures. Good and nice straff, Very helpful and lovely. No refrigriator in the room. Ok breakfast. The pool was so pretty with amazing view, but was unfortenitley broken when we stayed there so we couldnt swim. Overall, a good place to visit.
