The hotel is centrally located, and the room is clean.

Both elevators had a strong, unpleasant odor of cigarettes.

Helpful staff, friendly, pool was lovely, excellent breakfast, good location!

Some parts of the hotel look a bit tired and my room smelt of sweat. I'm sure the hotel would have accommodated a change had I requested one, but I didn't think it was substantial enough a problem to raise as I was out a lot anyway.

The experience was wonderful at this hotel since our arrival from the airport. The reception staff were very nice and the welcome expressions were very present. I thank all the employees for their good treatment, especially Miss Novi and the rest of the wonderful staff The room was spacious and clean and everything was professionally arranged The swimming pool and fitness are high-class Breakfast was delicious and varied, especially the desserts Whoever wants to live the atmosphere of Jakarta should choose this hotel close to transportation, especially the Bokor train line and buses that reach the city center. I advise everyone to book this hotel

Dirty and smell

The room at first glance looks small, but it has a closet with hangers, a desk with a chair, a private bathroom with a shower, so it's big enough for my stay. But for two people for more nights I would choose a bigger room. The bathroom has towels, toiletries including a toothbrush and toothpaste. The room is well insulated, so I turned on the centralized air conditioning only occasionally. Linen change on request, 1 liter of bottled water available daily. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, the breakfast is aimed at the domestic clientele, but is sufficient, although chaotically distributed in three rooms. The rooftop pool has an interesting glass side wall. Location of the hotel is convenient, you can use the TransJakarta express buses to the historical part of Kota Tua or CBD Jakarta and Monas monument area. Grab is very cheap, I have never paid more than €2 in the center, but it is limited by traffic jams.

The room deserves to be painted, the walls were worn in several places, the window with a view was dirty. The air conditioning was a bit noisy. Most of the breakfast dishes were unknown to me and the descriptions were only in Indonesian. But the unsolvable problem was the noise from the night concerts that were in the social hall of the hotel during all three nights that I was staying. It was impossible to sleep between midnight and 3 am. After notifying the reception, I only received the answer that the concert ends at three o'clock. The noise constantly exceeded the value of 60 dB, which is absolutely inappropriate for an accommodation facility. If the night concerts were held again, I would definitely not recommend staying in the hotel. Apart from the noise problem, I was satisfied with the accommodation.

Specifically for my visit's purpose, the location.

Facilities - there is no fridge, no body lotion. Noise - music till early morning. Didn't bother me though.

The breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean.

Rooms are very noisy. You can literally hear the conversations in all rooms on the corridor. Staff felt a bit too junior and insecure. The building looks tattered. Every tap or door.handle you touch falls off.

We booked a room with 2 beds and when we arrive they said they did not have any available and did not provide any solution. Furthermore, there was a group of students in our floor making a lot of noise, so we could not rest. Not recommended.

Live music at night if you’re in to that thing.

They have music on in the bar area and they are adamant you spend money/or buy a drink to be able to have a seat at a table here, even if you are a guest of the hotel and there are spare tables available. Staff didn’t help with heavy bag when checking in when clearly struggling. Room wasn’t very clean - in bed, and in bathroom. Unhygienic
