Shower unit can be improved

The hotel is right next to Sudirman Baru station and has direct connectivity to the airport by airport train. It is also close to Sudirman metro and Tosari bus stations. Has hot and cold water dispenser, Great ac and lighting and superb hot water in the room. Location has street food stalls and needs some exploring to get familiar. No great restaurants in walking distance.

A very good location, close to the train to the airport and LRT. 1 point to improve is to have a better sound proof room/door as we could hear clearly other guest walking outside the room

Would I stay again?: Maybe. Welcome: None. Standard reception. Location: Central, close the biggest mall in the Indonesia. Hotel Area: Nothing particularly noteworthy, either good or bad. Staff: Very friendly and supportive. Cleanliness: Corners in of the room felt needs some cleaning. Room: Small. - Wardrobe: None. Juse a little hanger. - WiFi: Slow speed, not suitable for remote work with a heavy load. Food: No buffet or restaurant on the site. Pool: Not applicable. Value for Money: 10/10. Other: Floor tiles in bathroom makes it very slippery condition, a it of Health & Safety risk.

No tooth brush kit and shampoo provided. Mineral water is top up for only 1 bottle per day. Iron is upon request and availability. Internet connection is ok but sometimes the TV signal will buffer and hang.

We check in hotel late night and ask if there is nearby food we can get. Luckily the staff offered Instant Noodles to us. The staff are really helpful and the location near to MRT and Airport Link is bonus. If using Bajai or GRAB, the driver know well the hotel location

Reviews talk about the noise, and it's definitely a trade-off. I opted to be away from the ever-dinging elevators and was placed on far end of the hall across from the train tracks. More than once I checked to see if my window had came open; that's how loud the trains and whistles are but most disturbing were the call to prayer sermons that started at 4am and sometimes ran an hour (and I live in Istanbul.) I also wondered if whoever designed these rooms had ever stayed in a hotel before! Even more strange is they're all different so maybe SPECIAL ORDER YOUR ROOM and I've every reason to believe the staff will try and accommodate. Many afternoons they were cleaning all rooms on the floor with doors open so I had the chance to compare: Some had shower curtains, others did not! Some had a table with actual work station, mine and others had a narrow unusable ledge half the depth width of a laptop. None had bed side tables so use the one chair. I sat in the lobby at a table to use my laptop and was chewed up by small insects. They sprayed repellent with me sitting there. And still with all of this, I would gladly stay here again!

Very comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, strong AC and WiFi, and I appreciated their were water cooler refills in the hallway of every floor. The staff was very accommodating to requests and housekeeper(s) guys absolute sweethearts. Location is also prime with most anything of interest within easy walking distance and just across from the airport train line - which is also a disadvantage if you're looking for quiet.
