Wifi was not great.

The room was large and comfortable with great outlook to the pool and gardens. Staff were very accommodating and helpful with anything i requested.

We booked for a 2 twinbed room online and I messaged them twice to be sure, at our arrival they gave us a room with one large bed. We were also told that since we had 7AM excursion in the morning we could have the breakfast at 6.30am exceptionnaly but when I went in the morning, a woman said it was not possible.

We were upgrade on a bigger room at our arrival by the reception. The location was good, really close to the beach.

The pool was dirty you couldn’t see the bottom. Very murky. Such a shame as everything else was good and clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful . The garden was beautiful and very Balinese style. We had a lovely view of the pool. The breakfast was ok. We enjoyed the pancake. Thank you to the lovely staff.

Although they are attending to the issues there are some that still remain, understandable as it appears to be an older hotel, but will need attention before they get too bad.

The staff were great, all of them we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has a great ambience and a good location, being almost right on the beach. The hotel restaurant serves good food and is worth using. Another thing that is good about this hotel is that the management team seem to take guests criticism seriously (or at least have it checked) as most of the negative aspects from previous guests appear to have been sorted, for example the room we stayed in had a new air conditioning unit.

The rooms were dusty like the floors hadn’t been cleaned, towels and sheets were stained, yet it said they would charge if you stained their towels. For breakfast they offered egg boiled, scrambled or fried but only 1 egg. When requesting two boiled eggs the staff wanted me to pay extra.

The rooms was big and comfortable. The location was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and fixed my hot water and bathtub drain. It was a nice place to stay and I would recommend it.

Lovely garden & ambience, especially round the pool. Comfortable room with funky mosaics. Hired excellent motorbikes through the front desk, for a delightful ride around the nearby byways. Staff & owner lovely, friendly and helpful.

The restaurant was a bit disappointing as were the cocktails. For that price we would have expected better quality (the gin tonic was made with sprite instead of tonic for example). We had problem with one Aircon being extremely noisy even while off and they could not fix it before the next day.

Stunning hotel with beautiful Balinese architecture l at a great location (2 minutes away from the beach). The staff was welcoming and nice. We had such a great time that we extended our stay. The spa was also amazing.

electric wires right outside my room, bathroom toilet had a strong smell when first arriving; no dolphins on early morning boat ride which was highly rated with zero results, and this actually made a difference in how many days I would bring my group next year

This is the most beautiful hotel, the courtyard area is idillic, and the restaurant being open and surrounded by so much green is a joy. The pool is serene and relaxing. It’s a lovely place to be. Location is quite remote. It is next to a beach, but not the sort of beach that is for sunbathing. It’s a working beach, lots of boats, and a market next to it. There are plenty of places to eat locally. Personally, the hotel is best though. It may be bit more, but worth it. They make a great Margarita too!! The rooms are really nice. The balcony and terraces all appear to be quite public. The spa is delightful. Speaking to a physiotherapist who was staying, he said that it was done to perfection, with expertise and understanding. I would definitely return if visiting the area again.

Only one vegetarian option on the menu for lunch and dinner. The vegetarian option (nasi kampur with tempeh) was delicious but more options would definitely improve the menu in my opinion.

Wifi was weak in my room. On the balcony and by the pool it worked perfectly. Some towels were grey and had staines but they were clean. Fridge in the room was noisy so hooked it off. In the night heard something running on the roof: maybe a cat after a rat as saw one on the restaurant roof.

Super friendly staff. They even offered me a ride to the center. When I went on a dolphin tour, they let me have breakfast coming back after the breakfast time. I also got to order two dishes for breakfast as was solo in a double room. Nice pool and spa. Room very clean. Cute and calm dogs around.
