Location, rooms and staff great.

The pool was green I did ask for more chlorine but was ignored. Bar prices are expensive compared to other local bars and restaurants. Rooms are now overpriced for what is provided no television ECT. Have stayed many times but won't be back.

The room was large and comfortable with great outlook to the pool and gardens. Staff were very accommodating and helpful with anything i requested.

Wifi was not great.

We were upgrade on a bigger room at our arrival by the reception. The location was good, really close to the beach.

We booked for a 2 twinbed room online and I messaged them twice to be sure, at our arrival they gave us a room with one large bed. We were also told that since we had 7AM excursion in the morning we could have the breakfast at 6.30am exceptionnaly but when I went in the morning, a woman said it was not possible.

The staff were very friendly and helpful . The garden was beautiful and very Balinese style. We had a lovely view of the pool. The breakfast was ok. We enjoyed the pancake. Thank you to the lovely staff.

The pool was dirty you couldn’t see the bottom. Very murky. Such a shame as everything else was good and clean.

The staff were great, all of them we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has a great ambience and a good location, being almost right on the beach. The hotel restaurant serves good food and is worth using. Another thing that is good about this hotel is that the management team seem to take guests criticism seriously (or at least have it checked) as most of the negative aspects from previous guests appear to have been sorted, for example the room we stayed in had a new air conditioning unit.

Although they are attending to the issues there are some that still remain, understandable as it appears to be an older hotel, but will need attention before they get too bad.

Near the beach, which was fine.

The smell in the room from bathroom was bad and it spreaded throughout the whole room. Breakfast could have more choices.

Location

Not well organised, lots of mix ups, cash or card etc... No safe in room, so they brought a small one in, not fixed in and it couldn't be opened, probably batteries hadn't been changed.

The rooms was big and comfortable. The location was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and fixed my hot water and bathtub drain. It was a nice place to stay and I would recommend it.

The rooms were dusty like the floors hadn’t been cleaned, towels and sheets were stained, yet it said they would charge if you stained their towels. For breakfast they offered egg boiled, scrambled or fried but only 1 egg. When requesting two boiled eggs the staff wanted me to pay extra.

It was very relaxing, staff were wonderful.

I little bit noisy, you can hear the people next door.

The location is very close to the sea and easy to find and park.

Everything is perfect.

Great place to stay. Hope to be back.

Lovely garden & ambience, especially round the pool. Comfortable room with funky mosaics. Hired excellent motorbikes through the front desk, for a delightful ride around the nearby byways. Staff & owner lovely, friendly and helpful.

Very good stay in hotel suma, we met so many nice people. Special thanks to Luh, Sila, Dewi, Radith, Putu and Jo. I can only reccommend this beautiful hotel!
