The hotel should re-implement their protocol for families with children. It is not OK for a 5 star hotel having children running around using the breakfast area as a playground screaming hysterically without any respect for other guests.

The way the dishes are displayed in the breakfast area is confusing and only labeled with local language.

Overall, the stay was good very comfortable spacy room for the stay with a balcony.. The furniture was little old, but it was working well with a fully equipped suite. The room was cleaned daily, and the immunities are checked and enough for the stay. The staff was cooperative and serve you need to the end. I asked for a checkout extension, and they granted it, the staff was nice and cooperative. the food and breakfast was excellent with a lot of daily varieties and fresh coffee.

First room was really dirty so we requested the change. After a few intervensions we got new room. This is the only time whem personel let us down. Didn't help at all (we were tired with 2 little kids after 20h journey and hade few suitcases). Second room was far from perfection, but acceptable. Room very big and comfortable. Aircon in the right spot (not directly on beds), view feom 5th floor really nice. 2 pools, place for kids. Breakfast bufet included some old food, but generally acceptable. Not the hotel I would love to come buck but wouldn't rule it out too.

Tub wall is very high for getting in and out of and a potential slip and trip hazard to guest. Bed pillows are stiff and uncomfortable.

The breakfast could have more western options and more variety of fruit. The swimming pool needs sun beds. Only has not very comfortable chairs. So not great if you want to spend time relaxing by the pool.

Only stayed one night because we had train tickets for next morning so can only say the hotel was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.

Some staff need more smile when give services in receptionist and restaurant. Hopefull the staff in restaurant can give more information regarding table available is smoking area or not because not all people like in smoking area. But after that, the staff really helpful to look for tables in non-smoking area. Free parking registration process is not working smoothly. We already inform when check in and write in the form our license plat as request, but when check out and want to leave, cannot be process by the parking staff because it is not registered in system. So I need to back to receptionist to inform again and registered. And it seems another customer also have some issues.

Location great and the room is large. Many choices of food eventhough not all the food is great.

The hotel room was old. When we arrived, they could not give the room we booked that sleeps 4 people. They promised to send us the extra bed which they didn't (finally they moved us to another room that they claimed slept 4 pax). And every day when they cleaned the room, they just prepared 2 towels and 2 bottles of water. We had to ask for more towels and water daily. I wonder if they sold the room of 2 pax and turned it into a 4 pax room. The bed was a bit small for 2 people. It was not 160x200 for sure.

The location was great. It's easy to find food in the area and even some laundry. The staff were super friendly. And the room was spacious.
