One word - Perfect!

Very attentive and friendly people. Great location at the beach. Fantastic snorkeling trip. When we left, we were offered a ride on their boat to Lombok.

Everything was spectacular: from the villa to the location..and the staff so kind and welcoming - attentive to every need

The hosts Erika and Ricki were very welcoming and went out of their way to make sure our stay was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The water views were lovely, the pool was very clear and clean. The bathroom was large. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Location is exceptional in terms of views, swimming, snorkelling and access to quality food and drinks.

Absolutely everything! This place truly exceeded all expectations. From the very beginning, the communication with Erika was outstanding — she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, even before our arrival. During our stay, she was always available, helpful, and incredibly kind. A very special thank you to her for helping organize a truly unforgettable 40th birthday for my husband. Together with her lovely staff, she made it such a magical and emotional moment — something we will remember forever. The villa itself is stunning: located right on the beach with breathtaking sea views, breakfast served on the terrace every morning, and a private pool in the garden. Pure paradise! Thank you again, Erika, for everything — we felt completely at home and cared for. We truly hope to come back one day!

Absolutely nothing — everything was perfect!

Everything! The villa was very clean, loved the private pool to cool off in, the bed was very comfortable, the beach is right outside, there are free bikes to use, our own loungers, and the staff is onsite with any questions or needs we had. Breakfast was wonderful and they even packed us a lovely breakfast to go. Loved this place so much.

New, clean and everything you could want provided. Walking in took our breath away and exceeded our expectations. Erica & Ricky were wonderful hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was wonderful served on the front porch. Staff were great, as is Ricky’s nasi goreing and mie goreing.

Few bugs as the property is so new, but these were attended to as soon as we let Ricky & Erica know.

I wish this gem was hidden from everyone but that would be unfair to our hosts. We liked absolutely everything that was provided to us. This brand-new and well-equipped villa with very hospitable owners has its unique feature of the closed patio with a private pool which I believe is a rarity for Gili Air. To top it up one gets an every evening show of incredible sunsets😎. The villa even has a small open kitchen. A few nice restaurants to enjoy both lunch and dinner are located just outside the property. So is ATM machine.

This side of the island is not the best for swimming due to its low tides in the afternoon, however a 15-minute walk from it there are other beaches with lower tides and turtle spots.

Where to start. I only review very good or very bad stays and this falls way above very good!! Myself and my partner stayed here for almost a week, changing our plans so we could stay in this villa for longer as we loved it so much. As a new property I feel it needs a full review! Location - Incredible! A quieter part of the island but still within easy access of everything you need. Bikes are included so getting around is easy, and everything in Gili Air is super close anyway. The sunsets are amazing and there’s a really cute bar right outside that does not attract drunken types so you can chill on the free loungers and watch the sunset with some music and relax. Villa - Wow! It’s new, it’s fresh, it’s super clean and tidy, and decorated beautifully. There is nothing to fault with it. The bed is beyond comfortable with lovely fresh linen and the pillows I wanted to steal as they were the best I’ve slept on in Indonesia. Safe included, umbrellas (in case of a sudden rain shower) are there to borrow without asking. Robes in case you need (we didn’t but a lovely touch). This was also the only place I found that had an iron and board which seems is very rare! I loved the outdoor space which is completely private with a lovely (warm) pool and catches the sun for the whole day. Beautifully landscaped with modern comfortable pool furniture! Lovely kitchen area with fridge and unlimited water! Non of this two small bottles then buy your own that most places do. The breakfast options were very nice, and placed outside the front of the room on the porch so you can eat breakfast looking at the ocean in peace. Recommend the pancakes! Staff - Only met Erica who was incredibly helpful, nothing was too much and always helpful giving us advice on what to do with our time there. Great recommendations for food options and basically knows the island intimately and wants to share her passion for island living. I have planned another trip here and will be staying again.

There is nothing not to like about this property!

Loved this spot! Felt totally brand new - very clean and fresh. Favorite part was definitely the private backyard/pool area. And waking up to the beachfront view with breakfast was a real treat…gonna be hard to go back to normal after this lol

Loved the property! Enjoyed having the option of my own pool and the ocean right across the street. Very clean, especially since it’s new. Host were amazing and extremely helpful with all my questions
