We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IndonesiaDuring my stay, the room's air conditioning could not be turned on (Room 306).
The hotel is located in the city center, making it easy to get around. Transportation is easy to get. Around the hotel there are fast food open 24 hours, there are also coffee shops. Bedroom is quite spacious, bathroom too. Water flows smoothly, hot and cold water available. Room facilities are complete and standard.

IndonesiaThe hotel is still under renovation. No restaurant yet, still under construction. Many mosquitoes on the hotel terrace. Parking lot is limited and always crowded.
The hotel changed its name, before Favehotel. The location of the hotel is close to everywhere. Easy to find food, there is a 24-hour fastfood across the street. Many coffee shops along the way. 200 meters away is a minimarket that is open 24 hours. Room is big enough and well equipped. The bedroom is clean.
