The hallways smell of cigarette smoke,even though this is a non smoking area . It’s very uncomfortable.

I like the convenient access and location was close to everything l need.

In all our years of travelling we have never had to ask to come and change the bed linen! The sheets and cover were covered in stains of food, totally unacceptable! The hose in the bathroom was also leaking.

The location is great and close to the airport and plenty of restaurants. The bar is very nicely done out but very expensive!

Noisey at night. Downstairs has a disco next door. Goes till 3am. We had a room facing the city. Would be better if it was a seaward facing room.

Very expensive for where it is. Be careful ordering soft drinks and food there, as they add all sorts of taxes on without mentioning it. The room was fine, but really quite a box and really not worth the money. Unless… you need a swim.

The pool!! It was super clean, a wonderful, unusually large size (30m?) overlooking the city. Breakfast was very good.

The room was not really clean. Housekeeping didn't refill toiletpaper, tissues and conditioner. The safe box was not working (empty battery) At the pool where a lot of people hanging around, smoking, drinking and eating. Not nice atmosphere. You don't feel comfortable to go for a swim. There was no staff at the poolside

Arrived at 2.15 pm just to find our room was not ready until 3 pm. The receptionist was not even cordial enough to say sorry about the mishaps. The room was dirty with filthy spots both on the duvet and sofa. Some specks of dirt are found on a few corners.

Breakfast was plentiful of options. The taste was good. Nice lounge on the rooftop with plenty of selection of alcoholic beverages and bar food.

Low water pressure in shower room

Shower water pressure low.. no mirror for dressing table:.. facilities like iron and dont have iron board untill request again after got iron.. but staff told iron board “sick”.. but breakfast just stunning.. unfortunately will try other hotel with such price and fulfil my expectations.. thanks

The hotel has smoking and non-smoking rooms (didn´t even cross my mind that still works somewhere, my fault) and if you are unlucky like me - get a smoker room and are strict non-smoker...well, you won´t be really happy. There was no other room available and had to "survive" it overnight. Also, the rooms next to the lift are really noisy.

Nice hotel near the sea in Makassar. Big comfy rooms, very nice pool with sea view, fantastic breakfast. Close to everywhere (if this is relevant in Makassar). If you get a non-smoking room, I would recommend and come again.

It took 10 minutes to check-in, the guy seemed to be constantly reviewing the system. In the end, we did not get one of the rooms we had reserved and our two rooms were on different floors (not such an issue). We ate dinner at the restaurant and they served each meal separately. By the time the last meal arrived, my husband had finished his! Surely a professional restaurant should be able to manage this better. Also, definitely not the place to order a steak - the "medium/rare" steak was tough! One of our rooms was missing towels and soap. It took several calls/discussions before the towels finally showed up (the soap never did show up, our daughters used the shower gel).

Location was excellent. Breakfast buffet extensive and good. Price is very reasonable. Our rooms had a beautiful view of the bay area.

I made a booking of a room with double bed, non smoking room. It was confirmed by the property. However, I was later informed by the receptionist during the check in process that all rooms with that criteria were already full-booked (!!??). Then, I was kind of 'forced' by him to take the twin bed arrangement if I still want to stay in a non-smoking room. It was definitely not a convenient welcome. The breakfast situation was also a mess. The space was limited. The service was understaffed.

The hotel is in a strategic location - near several tourist attractions, decent coffee shops and good eateries.

There was stench of cigarette everywhere. We requested non smoking rooms but they gave us smoker rooms. There was a band playing until 2am which made ir very hard to sleep.
