How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Verified reviewThe staff were very friendly, including the security at the front and the cleaner. They always greet you with smile and they display high professionalism throughout. The location of the hotel is fantastic, it's located right across the second biggest train station in Solo, and it's closeby from the basic necessities. Hotel room was clean.
The AC was not able to be adjusted. It stayed at 22 degree, but certainly a fixed set isn't going to suit everyone's preference. The phone cable kept on falling off, and upon fixing, I was unable to make a call as there was no dial tone.

Verified reviewThe room was well appointed, the amenities were also good. The facilities overall were also good, the pool and play area great for kids. The breakfast was fine - but very crowded, and we struggled to get a table at the beginning.
Unlike advertised on this website, and other online booking sites, THE PARKING IS NOT FREE. We had to pay a flat fare of parking, only once and then free, but still IT IS NOT FREE. It was 5000 IDR which you could argue not so much, but it is NOT consistent with free parking that is advertised.

Verified reviewI stayed for five nights due to an event held in Solo. I stayed in the Deluxe room for the first three nights. It was a bit small for me and my husband but if you plan to spend most of your time outside and use the room only for sleeping then the Deluxe room is good enough. Despite the size, the room was clean, the bed was so comfortable and the shower worked so great. I moved to the Grand room for the rest two days. And the size was just perfect. Breakfast variation was limited but they were delicious.

The air con not to cool even after the technician adjust it. Oh and we almost can't get in to our room bcos the acces card failed system so we need to wait the technician to come and fix it fyi we get there arround 11pm with a baby so its not convinient for us to wait.and the ammenities : the toothbrush is missing only the box was there the hk not really check it I guess. I think the hotel guest need to get a free parking

Verified reviewThe location is right in front of Purwosari Station and surrounded by so many food shops and convention stores. The room is clean, the staff are nice. Housekeeping is great.
1. It is said in the information that the room is served with a minibar. I thought there would be some snacks like what we got in other hotels, but the minibar (snacks or food) didn't exist. 2. We got a message through WhatsApp, it is said from the hotel. They were asking for a down payment money. I am not convenient with this method. It's better for the hotel to ask to pay in the beginning than they had to message every guest asking for money. I have used Booking.com since 2012 and this is my first case. Kinda ridiculous.
