The room was a bit outdated and could have been a little bit cleaner. It looks nicer, and better maintained on the pictures, than in real life. Also, the accomodation is located pretty far from the center of Labuan Bajo. The area is not that great and there’s nothing there. You really need a scooter or other transportation, because I wouldnt advice you to go walking around.

The rooster was noisy at multiple night hours (11pm, 2 - 3 am...).

I really loved this hotel, where very confortable and beautiful huts are nested in the forest. The staff is very friendly and the pool in the tropical garden is a treat.

The breakfast menu could be improved: only Nasi/Mie Goreng or eggs with toast. You must have a scooter or rent a driver to move from the villas.

The villas are in middle of nature so it feels really calm and quiet. The staff is really nice and helpful. The food is quite good and the room is really nice.

It’s a beautiful retreat from the busy streets of Labaun Bajo . We really enjoyed it. The management and staff were helpful and accommodating. We hired a motorbike via reception just for ease of getting about . Great pool . Thank you .

The sliding door to the villa doesn’t close fully so there was a lot of mosquitoes coming in. The pool is open to the public. We paid extra for breakfast but only received limited options and small portions, no fruits or juices. Overall it was good but a bit overpriced for what you get.

It was clean and quiet (we were the only guests). The property is beautiful and not in the middle of chaotic Labuan, it gives space to rest and recharge. The villas are stunning, beautiful and spacious and there’s a pool to freshen up.

Only downside is the location is that the property is 10mins away from city centre / wharf area. We hired a motorbike (organised by the staff) which made getting round easier but if you had to do everything by taksi it would be time consuming.

Nice layout of the property with a great pool. Very quiet location. The room was great with excellent A/C, small fridge and TV. TV didn’t work but that didn’t worry us. Bed was really comfortable.

Other people might not like the road to the property. It is through a very rural area with many houses under construction. We didnt mind, because our driver would pick us up every time we wanted to go out.

A perfect place to retreat and relax! The cottages are nice, well sized, and comfortable and the site is just amazing. It has a great garden with beautiful views, a pool and a little restaurant next to the pool! Our kids spent hours in the pool. The staff is very friendly and even though the menu is limited, the food in the restaurant is very good.

Breakfast was average with very limited options. I liked the local noodle dish over the continental dish. More options would have been better.

We loved our stay here. This place is surrounded by so many trees. The villas are nicely designed and the whole place is spacious. We also liked the surroundings and the swimming pool. It was lovely to stay here, away from the traffic and noise of the town. All staff were very caring and instantly responded to our needs.

This place does not worth what it costs. Need a a lot of improvement on installations, poor kitchen offer etc. Nothing to do with the rest of services offered in other places around Indo. It has potential but this is not well leaded.

Everything is perfect. All staff area local and they are very fabulous persons. They always smile and kind and very helpful. The food was tasty and all area was very clean. I am still can working and during my healing time. Internet was working good enough. Love, Anggela

These villa was just 10 minutes from airport, so it was very strategic places to stay. The vibes was amazing with the view in the middle of little forest and good pool. Breakfast absolutely very good. They cooked from the heart. Definitely I will come back again to stay. They also offer to assist arrangements for trip to explore these island such padar trip and more. So learn to know what will you do in island then catch up with them. They will help you and do the best way for you.

The villa was not well insulated, so the aircon had to work pretty hard to cool down. Could feel the heat from sun radiating off it. Bathroom was nice, but a bit dirty. Like it hadn't been cleaned properly after the last work was done on it. It was kind of indoor/outdoor bathroom, so there was actually a lot mosquitos in there which made it not so relaxing.

Was only here for one night so hard to give a full review, but it was a fairly quiet spot, surounded by well kept gardens. Nice communal pool. I only had time for one meal (mie goreng) and it was fine.

A bit far from the city. Also there was a rooster in the neighborghood that was very loud for the whole night.

Beautiful place, small wooden cabins in the middle of tropical garden, like paradise. Good food, very friendly staff.
