There are items from restaurant which we have not ordered in our final bill. I hope that it was added by mistake or accident but please check your bills closely when you perform your check out. These items were finally removed but it took some time to solve this issue at check out.

Very beautiful location, garden surrounding the hotel is fantastic! Very well planned rooms which are truly comfortable, air-conditioning works well. Very tasty food in hotel restaurant but other restaurants in the city are also reachable by walk. Pools and beaches are cared for. Ideal comfy location for family holiday in the north of Bali.

Love the accommodation, we’ve had the family room. Perfect spot to enjoy snorkeling straight from the beach. Easy to book your snorkeling or diving trip at the resort. A lot of mosquitos but the resort does anything to make your stay comfortable. The staff as always friendly and very helpful.

I appreciate the water refill system; however, there was no pitcher available. We didn't bring our refillable water bottles because it's difficult to clean them in Indonesia. In other hotels, they typically provide pitchers for filling, which is a simple amenity to offer. The one important thing - the food could have and should have been better. Other than this, we had a great stay.

The hotel has a perfect location on the beach; the water is amazing, and the nature all around is beautiful. It is a calm and relaxing place. The cottage is nice and clean, but it could use some refreshing. The outside bathroom takes a moment to get used to but overall is really nice. The massages are amazing!!

This is a great resort if you like large ones, as it lacks the intimacy of smaller resorts. The snorkeling off the beach is very average but there are plenty of tours that take you to excellent coral - we used West Bali Explorer (great) but Taman Sari has in-house tours as well.

The gardens and beach are first rate, and being set back well away from the main road it is very quiet and peaceful.

Wi-fi kept dropping out, which was frustrating. Room was a little on the small side and room safe did not work. We were only there for one night, so not a problem.

Complex was set in beautiful grounds, with good facilities and right on the beach front. Reasonably good menu choices.

We stayed in one of the Lotus villas at Taman Sari. The whole park is amazing, located at the foothills of the moutains and right at the sea shore. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a nice restaurant that serves a great breakfast, lunch and dinner. The sunbeds on the beach and the pool offer enough shade.

There was road work on one of the main roads, this resulted in a massive increase in the amount of time getting to Permuteran. Its a long way to go regardless, but its a great change from the hussle and bussle of Canngu and Seminyak.

The resort was clean and well maintained. The staff were great. The BioRocks and Snorkling straight of the beach is some of the best I have seen in the world. I wish we had stayed longer.

Our first time to Pemuteran. What a gem, as soon as we arrived there was a peaceful laid back feel- The restaurant, bar and pool all beside a beautiful stretch of beach which is excellent for swimming and snorkelling. The hotel is perhaps a little faded from its glory days but is still clean and comfortable with the bungalows set in a park like setting offering a feeling of tranquility- we loved our stay - food is pretty good and reasonable and had some music or entertainment making at nights - great spot highly recommend. Cost us around a million RP to get here from Ubud.

This was our third stay at Taman Sari, and again we love it so much! Our juniorsuite facing the pool and the sea was big, with huge open air bathroom and lovely verandah. The breakfasts with our feet in the sand awesome! The resort really puts efforts in renewing, all the tables/chairs on the beach were new, looked so nice! If you want to stay right on the beach in Pemuteran, this is the place to be.

A/C was a bit noisy with a ratty noise.

Room, pool, restaurant, close to the beach and off beach snorkelling. It was also an easy walk to another three different restaurants along the beach. The Taman Sari spa was very good as well. In the late afternoon, a member of staff would come up and light mosquito cause back in front. We loved the band Ryan acoustics.

Long transfer from airport but the quality of the hotel and location compensate for this. Limited facilities in immediate locality but adds to the peaceful ambience. Can be a challenge for those with food allergies but can find compromises.
