Our room was at the end of the row and maybe why it was very noisy at night from traffic which you could hear all night if light sleeper.

This resort is perfect! It is so beautiful- it is kept immaculately clean, the gardens are lush and perfect. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The spa is amazing. The restaurant is delicious and the service so welcoming and accommodating. Location is brilliant. We were really sad to be going.

The location is a little way out of Ubud which isn’t too much of a problem if you have a bike. The breakfast was poor, we tried different things and they were all very average at best. If you have a jungle view room there are rooms behind which can be noisy due to the roof being thin. Unfortunately you get very little to no sun on the terrace and the pool.

The room and view were beautiful and the staff were very friendly. They deliver a bedtime story each night which was a lovely touch. The free yoga session was fantastic and the instructor was great! The bath outside is lovely as you can look out to the beautiful view. The spa is a credit to this hotel, the staff are friendly and the massages we had were one of the best we’ve had!

If we had to mention one thing that could be improved, it would be the plunge pool. While it was a lovely feature, we wished it had been heated, especially given the cooler mountain climate. It would have made the experience even more relaxing.

Our stay was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. The scenery is breathtaking, especially ideal for couples looking for a romantic getaway. It felt like a peaceful escape surrounded by nature’s beauty. The food was also really good, every meal was satisfying and delicious. But what truly made our stay special was the excellent staff. Every single team member we encountered was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and attentive. They made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the thoughtful little details like how there were umbrellas available everywhere, which was especially helpful when it rained. It’s those kinds of touches that show how much care goes into making guests feel comfortable. We honestly wish we could have extended our stay. It was one of those trips you never want to end. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The reception and parking area is a little congested.

Excellent location. The villas were amazing with infinity pool and great facilities. very courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast was also great and the restaurant was mind blowing. It is perched on top of a a tree house like facility with Coy fish around.

Firstly the room is very clean and comfortable. But if I had to nitpick, upon arrival we noticed there were water stains on the curtains maybe due to rain or splashes from the pool. Other than that, we could not find a fault. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

The staff is the best thing about this hotel. They are very welcoming and helpful. It was the best service we have ever gotten. Food was also fantastic from the breakfast to the ALA carte menu. Try the dendeng balado. I humbly recommend.

Nothing this place is the best in Ubud.

Staff are so friendly and accommodating and made us feel so welcome -like a 2nd home!! All the staff were fantastic with Anjas being a standout going the extra mile with such a warm beautiful welcome . The view from our room was just gorgeous and so quiet and peaceful.
