Fantastic spot - on the Beach, loungers and bean bags to use and watch the day go by with staff there to order drinks and food- food at the restaurant was good and affordable- snorkelling reef right in front - gear available to hire- This is very affordable beachside accommodation- but don’t expect “the Ritz”- bathroom is basic and beds very very “firm !” Unit 3 closer to restaurant looked to be the best - slightly bigger and looked like a inner-sprung mattress-

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Amed and just steps from the beach. The views are absolutely stunning, both at sunrise and sunset. The room was very clean, comfortable, and the bed was perfect. The staff were very kind and helpful. The on-site warung offers breakfast (a bit pricey for our taste, but still good), and has a large and tasty menu. They also provide snorkelling gear, tours, and transfers. Great value for money overall, and the location couldn’t be better. The air conditioning works perfectly. We would definitely come back if we’re in the area again.

Good location near my favorite dive shop Fresh Fins Diving, good breakfast / lunch / dinner and very nice sunrise view. Room was clean, bed comfortable, working AC.

The location, price, staff and owners are so amazing. It has a local vibe with children playing, great atmosphere, food, and my room was literally on the beach in front of popular diving and snorkelling spots.

Bathroom is very basic. Fishing boats on the beach spoil the view of the ocean, but you eventually get used to them.

Staff were super friendly. The owner Katut and his family are beautiful. Good food and amazing snorkeling literally off your front patio. 🤩 Katut took us fishing one morning at our request, but even warned us before we booked that the fish hadn’t been bitting.

The bed was hard, curtains falling down & not clean. The toilet was next to the shower.

I loved the location & the kind family. Right on the beach. Can see the ocean from bed. The deck outside is a great place to chill and the restaurant is right next door. They rent snorkel gear and you can Ketut to take you out on a boat ride to snorkel.

Home away from home family and staff are great.food is good , place is on the beach and quite, 2nd time staying here. Went fishing with the owner Douglas had a nice time. Thanks to all and see u soon.

Breakfast is fairly basic but all other meals were good and there are plenty of places to eat near by.

Fantastic stay. Duglus and Sari are wonderful hosts. Nothing was ever too much to ask and Duglus is great to sit and chat to about the local area. It was a lovely family filled little place. Highly recommend

Location was perfect, snorkelling straight out the front of our bungalow. Food was great. I would highly recommend staying and eating here. We also went out fishing with the owner and then did another boat trip in the afternoon, we were taken to 3 different snorkelling locations including the Japanese ship wreck. Travelling with my 12 year old son. He absolutely loved the whole stay. The Oreo milkshakes were also a hit.

Wonderful bungalow at a great price. The room was clean and air con was cold. Good food at the attached Warung and the owners and staff are very welcoming and friendly.

The beaches always have garbage on them, you even see it while snorkeling. I wish this culture would respect this beautiful place that they live. The bathroom walls really needed scrubbed.

The staff and owners are the most wonderful people. I always felt safe and right at home. Great snorkeling right in front. The restaurant had great food and reasonable priced.

Totally beach front and we were able to swim directly in front of our rooms you can snorkel but I was happy just to watch the bed was hard but comfortable water pressure in my sons house was fantastic mine not so great air con was actually perfect in both our rooms Amed is a place for relaxing which we did many WARUNG in walking distance but mostly dive shops hired a bike for a day but the roads aren’t great when you get out and about this is a little gem and the owner and family were so helpful we will definitely come back on our next trip thankyou

The family atmosphere the family creates in their business, especially their warung xxxx Each dish they serve is cooked fresh and so flavoursome with an amazing price tag.

Shower area needed a good scrub, no fridge in the room but for the price and location it is hard to beat.

Our Bungalow was 10 metres from the water, Ocean front. Top snorkelling directly in front of resort. For $29 aud per night, it's amazing value. Good cheap food served at their Warung.
