The different language barrier was a little tough , ( but expected when your the visitor) . I wish the bed had a light sheet and a heavy sheet . The night before leaving ( after almost 2 weeks stay ) the front desk had a bon voyage package for me , I was busy and never got to meet them or receive it . After I checked out , then I realized I forgot to mention it. Lastly, I tried to connect/email or call the hotel months before my stay , didn't work, couldn't connect, kept bouncing back.

Breakfasts / lunch / dinner was good , a nice selection of foods and drinks. Fresh hot dishes , with an array of fruits. The staff roaming around ready to help, or answer any questions. I was impressed how well dressed and professional the staff were. Constantly working, clearing dishes, setting up , cleaning, and bringing out fresh food .They also leave you alone and let you enjoy. Thank you Regina (front desk) , also the lady who works with Regina (sorry didn't get name, has curly wavy hair , wears glasses , about the same age , brought me a fruit tray unexpected last week to room ) she made a good warm impression !! Thank-you, Vivi (hostess) , getting my hot tea after dinner , any questions/bills she would help with .Elma (hostess) , polite and willing to help. Somehow we needed to pay everytime we had food/drinks or room service. The hotel did not let us charge it to the room. That was somewhat inconvenient

Everything worked as advertised, good location, rooms small but fine. Good breakfast with local and western options

The bathroom doesn’t drain properly. We had connecting rooms and both rooms have the same issue.

The staffs are very nice and helpful. The location is fantastic. Breakfast is excellent.

I got the room with AHU Chiller ambience when opened my windows. The double bed request has been asked via Booking.com but not provided when I entered the room. After asking the receptionist, they were handling the request well. The pool is full of kids at 7:30AM.

Receptionist are courteous and helpful when addressing the issue of my room. Security guards are welcoming and putting me as a car driver at ease. Very good room, the restaurant buffet has more varieties dishes. Overall friendliness of the staff is plus.

The food around the hotel was good, but it was full and crowded and I had a hard time enjoying the food. Maybe it was because it was a long holiday.

Breakfast was very good, a lot of menu's. Room's is clean n comfortable. My room has view pool side n it is good view n staffs are freindly n helpful.

When I paid the bill, I asked what is the refundable amount of Rp500,000 meant for (that was mentioned/stated when I booked the rooms with booking.com: damage deposit Rp500,000 fully refundable) and the answer is that they don't know. So, I was not clear why the Rp500,000 was stated when I booked the rooms. I hope that booking.com can give me an explanation. Thank you.

The breakfast was great, so was our lunch. There is a variety of children activities, such as cooking class, movies, etc. The hotel location is closed to all you can eat stalls and restaurants during the day and a walking distance to Kebun Raya Bogor.

Cleanliness. Really, you don't need tourists to see that the cleaning really needs to improve...

Personnel was very kind and mostly helpful. The room was very large. We had two balconies. WiFi and airco worked well, although the first night it turned off every hour.
