Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The food was amazing with lots of choice but the element that made it amazing was the staff! The staff here are the most welcoming I have experienced from a stay anywhere. They strive to ensure your stay is as perfect as it can be. Food is very nice and plenty of choice for all types of tastes. We did not have any problems at all but if we did we would have had confidence of them to be corrected very quickly. If you did arrive with no plans there is plenty of opportunities to book trips with the hotel.

AustraliaWhat’s not to like about this place? The scenery is stunning! The service is exceptional. The level of luxury and comfort is something you just don’t see all that often. This place is truly a gem!! On our first night, we asked if there was any way we could get a mosquito net for our daughter’s inflatable bed. Within minutes there were two members from the house-keeping team hanging the most beautiful net all the way from the ceiling to wrap around her bed. She called it her princess bed for the remainder of the trip. This level of service continued until we left! Amazing.

We enjoyed staying here. The hotel is far from Ubud but we love the relaxing calm vibe. The manager came up to me and asked if everything is Ok or not. He tried to meet our needs. I appreciate this very much. I miss the Bali's vibes and friendly staffs here!!

United KingdomOur stay at this Bali hotel was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, Dewa and his team were incredibly attentive, making us feel so welcome and cared for. The room was absolutely gorgeous — beautifully designed, spotless, and wonderfully comfortable. The food was delicious at every meal, and the whole setting was peaceful and relaxing, a true escape from the bustle of everyday life. The free shuttle to Ubud was also very convenient and made exploring the area effortless. Nothing was ever too much to ask; every request was met with a smile. The staff’s warmth and friendliness made it feel like a home away from home. This was the perfect stay, and I can’t recommend it highly enough!

IsraelWe had a small issue with hot water at the room, the boiler is quite small so we had to wait when one of us had a shower for the water to be hot for the other person.
The Staff at the hotel were amazing, super helpful, answered all our questions and ready to help with anything we needed with a big smile. The room was beautiful, one of our favourites while in Bali. They also have shuttle services that go three times a day to take you downtown particularly since the hotel is a bit further away from the city centre, the shuttle service was a bonus for us. Through traffic in Ubud makes it a bit difficult to book your return to the hotel as you cannot guarantee the time.

Impeccable service, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! Love the resort and the classic balinese style hotel, really was luxurious!! United KingdomNice quiet location with very welcoming and helpful staff. All staff including managers were very welcoming and friendly. Hotel location is away from the busy Ubud town centre. About 30 to 40 minutes away from the centre due to traffic. Regular shuttle service is provided by the hotel. There’s SPA facilities including jacuzzi, sauna and swimming pools. I think this resort is not suitable for wheelchair and people with mobility problems. Our tour driver, Douglas, organised by the hotel was great too. It was our 39th wedding anniversary and the hotel management provided complimentary cake and room was lovely decorated with flowers. Thanks to Alena staff for making our stay memorable 🙂❤️
