The amenities do not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel. The glass wall used in the bathroom without a blind is quite inconvenient—despite staying as a family, we still require privacy. Installing a roller blind would greatly improve the experience. While reducing plastic use by eliminating plastic water bottles is a commendable initiative, providing plastic spoons contradicts this effort.

Breakfast spread were quick to finish & the top up was slow so you have to wait awhile for the food. Hotel need to invest new sets of towels. Our room was exactly behind the reception so my girls can hear noise during the night. Other then that we sleep peacefully as we were too tired😴

It was clean, the pool was quite big with a whirlpool with warm water. The breakfast was abundant and the rooftop view is beautiful as well. We took a massage at the Spa of the hotel which was also great.

One important thing to be improved is the cleanliness. Dont think they cleaned up the room properly. Green mold in the bathroom curtains. They don't even bother to wipe out the water stains at the mirror, bathroom doors, soap&shampoo dispensers. We had to ask for new bedsheets on our first day due to some fresh stains. The cleanliness of other facilities also needs to be improved, e.g. at the hotel corridor, swimming pool. The room is not soundproof properly, it was challenging to get proper sleep with the noise from nearby roads.

Strategic location, within walking distance to the Jatim Park 1 and the Museum Angkut. The restaurant on the 7th floor and Sky lounge on the 8th floor have an amazing view. The food was also good at a reasonable price. The room was spacious for a family of four (6yrs & 11yrs old). Beds were comfortable.

There are a lot of cocroaches and insects in the Cottage room. But the staff and manager handled it really well and responsibly.

The toilet is not good value as other hotel, the furniture toilet look like rotten all over look very ugly . The soap is broken all over the button it’s look like very cheap hotel. Don’t understand why no more fridge and saver box. No drink water provided. I paid more for ugly property.

Overpriced even for the pool access. We ended up paying more at this hotel than what was supposed to be the most expensive hotel in Batu.

It’s dirty. Everywhere there is stain and dirty. The towels were dirty, the lining were dirty. The staff is very young and not able to responsibly work if not supervised

The building is very good conditions given the average buildings in the area. Also the restaurant and sky lounge are properly decorated
