CanadaPool can be more clean
I spent 20 days at this hotel. I really appreciated the respect, kindness, and helpfulness of the staff. I had three rooms and they were all very good, but ask for a room that is a little further from the main street. The reason is that the roosters crow at 4 a.m. and disrupt your sleep. I really appreciated the musical selection in the restaurant.

AustraliaFirst night no hot water. Bathroom was not properly cleaned. Water for showering was salty and could not lather up soap or shampoo. Fridge freezer was iced up so we had to remove ice to shut fridge door. Bed sheet was ripped.
Located in a quiet part of the island. Pool was clean. Room size was good and bedroom was clean. Breakfast was good but juice included was not fresh. Staff were exceptionally helpful in arranging trips and drivers.

United KingdomShower was cold but this is pretty normal on an island. Location is pretty isolated if you don’t drive a scooter, the host did arrange taxis for us though. You can’t get a car over the yellow bridge so you need to get 2 taxis to Lembongan.
The pool area is great, staff helped us loads and organised lots of trips and activities for us, the owner can’t do enough for you. Air con is powerfull. Bed was comfy, mozzi net was nice to have. Nice place to sit outside your room.

AustraliaCenigen has recently had alot of rain so mozziies were bad and the location of the villa we chose backed onto the road that was full of water so this would have nothelped. Would suggest getting a load of backfill.to fix the road so that it dosnt pool with water and would also be less noisy with the scooter riding as well

United KingdomThe room was small, I'd probably go for a bigger room if going again. The pool needs cleaning. It's salt water which is great but means the water was dirty. The doors to the room was a sliding door that kept breaking. We stayed a week which is more than most people would, if your staying a night or 2 I wouldn't have thought these things would bother you.

IndonesiaThe availability of the kitchen for meals outside of breakfast was a bit hit and miss, but there are plenty of other eating options locally.
Very well presented bungalows in a location ideal on Ceningan for beaches and restaurants. My bungalow had a/c, fridge etc etc. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, organising trips, and my onward travel. My bungalow was decorated with fresh flowers on my arrival, a small but very nice touch.

ItalyWe stayed in the cheaper cabins. They are nice and clean but they have some animals problems and some of them could be better maintained. The garden as well was not well looked after and the whole area looked a bit dilapidated.
We enjoyed the breakfasts and staying at the swimming pool. The rooms smelled clean and the owner was available for us when we needed.

ItalyI asked them to book a massage for me and the agency that they suggested was not very professional, the lady that massaged me was talking to the colleague all the time and was not focused on me, her hands didn't touch my body for half of the time, in the end I was not relaxed at all. So I would not suggest to book a massage with them

AustraliaVery good value for money. Short walk down to cliff top views at the resort in front or along the road to the cliff top cafes. Clean, quiet, nice pool, friendly local owners. Lots of cheap delicious food here and in local Warangs. Owners organised scooters. We used Rocky fast ferries to get to the yellow bridge then walked across this to be met by resort staff.

FranceAreas for Improvement - Providing water bottles would be a great added convenience. - Offering daily cleaning service, especially for long stays, would be appreciated. - Updating your linen service would enhance the experience. - An outdoor drying rack would be a useful addition.
A wonderful hotel for a peaceful stay, featuring a very comfortable bed. The hot water and semi-outdoor shower are truly enjoyable. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always smiling. I also highly recommend the snorkeling excursion offered by the hotel !
