The hotel location { if that is possible } To walk arround there not so much to see, only the traffic. Very much traffic on the special hours. To go somewhere, better with the motorcycle.

The most cheapest hotel with the very good excellent standard. We are planning to stay here again for the next vacation to Indonesia. The hotel room arrangement was very excellent !!!! Very spacious !!!!

This time they gave us a room that was a long way from reception and my partner is in a wheelchair. This made it hard for me us l have to do everything for both of us (breakfast etc). Furthermore we did not have a balcony this time and l had no where to sit outside as the loungers where always full.

The staff are always lovely and the breakfast is great.

I would like to see something new on the menu. The staff do not know a lot of English and sometimes it is hard to communication what you need.

I didn't like the mould in the bathroom and I had very noisy neighbours who were swearing at me when I asked them to be quiet at 1am in the morning.

Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Not really a complain but we did book a pool view room and was instead given a room very close to the pool (no pool view) which was fine for us =))

The pools are mostly for swimmers, there are no pool area with around 120-130cm where you can easily having a bath, just 50/150 or 160.

The environment of the hotel is beautiful, like a hidden gem inside the big urbanised area. Wide selection and delicious breakfast. Various program possibilities inside, like tennis or billiard.

Half of the staff are trainees and they seem to be lacking some training (not their fault of course). This (or otherwise mistakes from the actual staff) led to some mistakes which then took their toll on us. For example, we had to pay upon arrival and they afterwards lost their copy of receipt of payment. Hence, the hotel staff couldn't find any better solution than ringing our room phone a bit before midnight while we were vast asleep for an early rise the next day, to ask us if we have our own copy of receipt of payment and can come down to give it to them, as they lost theirs. We explained we were asleep, this didn't sound urgent and a fault on their side, not our own, so we'd come by the next day. We let them make a copy of our receipt the next morning. The whole experience was incredibly unprofessional.

The restaurant buffet breakfast was horrible. The evening food was okay.

The large extensive gardens and well kept lawns and the swimming pool. There was one long narrow pool which was 2m deep through out and at one end a large 4m deep section

We extended and moved from a double room to a suite. The suite was a bit grubby and didn't feel as luxurious, the shower was poor. The massage is people who come to your room, so you don't get the full spa experience. We didn't feel the quality of the massage was the best.

Beautiful relaxing stay. It is off a main road, but once you're inside you feel like you're cut off from it all. Gardens are beautiful and we loved the long swimming pool. Breakfasts was really good. We loved the rainfall shower. It's the perfect place to spend a couple of days relaxing.

This hotel is located a bit out and we struggled to get transport at peak time in the evening, but had no issue organising grabs/gojeks (scooters) during the day.

This hotel was a hidden gem. The restaurant provides delicious food- especially the Nasi goreng, and the Parma was the best I’ve had in Bali. Beds are extra comfortable, and the staff are very happy to help. The trainee staff who were on placement during our stay were also doing an amazing job. My Dad and I especially enjoyed befriending the several cats that live on the ground- they’re very friendly once they get to know you. :) We also enjoyed the small warung across the road too which had delicious and very traditional Balinese food for super cheap!
