When we first got our room on the 3rd floor, there was a cockroach and the room felt a bit damp and dark, and it felt like they didn’t pay much attention cleaning the nooks and crannies. Thankfully they moved us to the 6th floor room!

The staff there is incredible! They were fast, responsive, and responsible when handling the issues in our previous rooms. We were moved to a room on the 6th floor and it’s much more modern and clean compared to the rooms on the 3rd floor. The rooms on the 6th floor are definitely worth the price! Had a wonderful staycation and wfh days there!

The front desk staff could not understand simple English and I had a hard time trying to communicate with him. Wanted to feedback to him that there was a big lizard clawing in the room and hopefully he can get the cleaning staff to remove the insect.

The room was nice, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, the toilet and bathroom was clean, there was bathtub in the bathroom. Luckily, we have a nice view as well from our window. So, overall a good stay.

you can upgrade your room cleanliness. the floor was still a bit dirty, we could see some yellow stains too on our bed sheets and the towels too.. we cant find the complimentary products like tea bags/coffee sachets at first eventho they have a kettle. apparently there's a drawer under it and they store it there 😂. maybe put some sign (?) there, so it would be easier for ur guest to find the complimentary products

various type of breakfast : asian, indonesian, western, pastry all there! staffs were friendly and helpful. my room's interior was also beautiful! (but my friend booked another room and her room's looks different..? not sure why). in their room they have mini bar, kettle, and smart tv (so yeah you can watch n3tflix the app is there on their tv! but you have to login with ur acc) location wise, its not too far from popular venues like AEON or ICE BSD (using online 0jek/taxis).

I couldn't shower because of the moldy bathroom. Dirty shower, old bathtub, moldy curtain. That's the suite room. It's really the worst. Nasi Goreng is on the seafood menu, but I ate bread that they brought because they said it wasn't available.

The first room I got , it didn’t the same as shown as in apps. Also I requested for the non-smoking room and I can smell the cigarette while I was sleeping. I did ask the staff to change the room but they changed mine 2 days later.

Probably the worst hotel I've ever entered. Staff didn't take care of luggage or understood english. The first room we entered was so dirty, it even contained a cigarette bud in the bathroom. We complained and were brought to another room, but it was the same picture: Clearly no cleaning was done in the room, floor was dirty, we found stains and hair. Many other stains in the bathroom, also on various walls and on the bedsheets. In total we were brought to 4 rooms, all of them in the same descripted dirty state. After that we wanted to get a refund, but that wasn't possible. We didn't receive an apology either, nor the option that one of the rooms is getting cleaned. I am truly shocked what was going on in this hotel, also because of the other rather good reviews. We were happy when we left the hotel, even though we didn't get our money back.
