Recensione verificataBellissima struttura, camere grandi, staff gentile e disponibile. Ho apprezzato molto il massaggio incluso e la piscina con il servizio asciugamani.
Unica pecca, yogurt con frutta la mattina migliorabile, la frutta non era un gran che e di yogurt ne applicavano un cucchiaio… per il resto nulla da dire!

Recensione verificataLa gentilezza del personale, la camera confortevole, bagno molto bello, sia vasca da bagno che doccia con getto potente. Colazione molto buona, si poteva scegliere un piatto dal menù e poi c'era a disposizione un buffet self service.
In piscina qualche sdraio o sedia in più. Passato solo qualche ora in piscina a fine pomeriggio e non c'era posto.

Recensione verificataIl personale è gentilissimo, sempre sorridente e disponibile ad accontentare ogni richiesta. Ho apprezzato molto l’attenzione ai dettagli, come le due bottigliette d’acqua lasciate ogni giorno in camera: una da bere e una da usare in bagno per lavarsi i denti (nonostante ci avessero assicurato che l’acqua fosse già filtrata). La posizione è perfetta: immersa nella tranquillità della natura, ma in soli 7 minuti di macchina si raggiunge il centro di Ubud. Il ristorante è ottimo, la piscina sembra davvero uscita da un film e la spa offre massaggi meravigliosi. Un soggiorno indimenticabile, che consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia vivere Ubud nel massimo comfort!

Recensione verificataAbbiamo soggiornato al The Hava Ubud per 4 notti all’inizio del nostro viaggio a Bali, ed è stata un’ottima scelta per iniziare con il piede giusto. La struttura è in mezzo al verde e ha quell’atmosfera rilassante che cercavamo. Lo staff è stato fin da subito molto accogliente, sorridente e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. La nostra camera era spaziosa e ben curata. Ogni giorno facevamo colazione in hotel (buona, varia e abbondante), e abbiamo anche cenato lì diverse volte – sempre soddisfatti. Anche i loro massaggi meritano: semplicemente favolosi. Dopo giornate intense in giro per templi e risaie, tornare e concedersi un trattamento nella spa è stato favoloso.

Recensione verificataHotel bellissimo, con tutti i servizi e diverse attività da fare, come la lezione di cucina balinese ad esempio che è stata molto divertente! Inoltre la sera ci sono spesso musicisti che suonano musica dal vivo. Non c'è da preoccuparsi per il rumore perchè le stanze sono praticamente insonorizzate quindi si sta benissimo e tranquilli. Ottima colazione, piscina stupenda. Consigliatissimo!

Recensione verificataStruttura pulita e il personale molto accogliente e gentile. Leggermente fuori dal centro (meglio considerato il caos) ma è possibile raggiungerlo a piedi. Vicino ci sono comunque dei ristoranti.
