We arrived as a family of six ranging from 23 to 65 and they couldn't be more friendly. We were all made to feel very special throughout out our stay. A touch of paradise.

Location exceptional. Standard of accommodation is brilliant, as are the facilities. A high 9; would have been a 10 if the building work next door was not happening, but did not impact too much. Gili Air is sublime. In the future, I would avoid Bali and go straight here.

Could have done with a wardrobe to unpack clothes and a kettle.

Staff were amazing. Bed was massive and very comfortable. All food was fantastic. We had a large deluxe studio. Was worth the extra cost.

We loved our stay at THE KOHO Air Hotel. The location is excellent — close to everything yet still peaceful. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The shared pool is a great spot to relax, always calm and well maintained.

Not informed that there would be ongoing builder works at the property which can wake you up in morning. Usually this should be communicated to customers before booking. Staff were however apologetic when we raised this issue. No traditional indonesian breakfast options.

Amazing stay, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless with free safe mineral water each day. It was no hassle to hire bikes each day, short 5 minute walk from the port and 2 minutes for the Main Street with cafes and shops. Felt very safe, pool was lovely and excellent pool bar. Wish we had stayed for longer

The aircon wasn’t great in our room. Rattled all night and didn’t cool well.

Koho was the most beautiful little resort. Absolutely stunning. A little oasis away from the noise but central to all you need.

This super cute bolthole is wonderful. It looks stunning and is comfortable too - rooms are stylish, well appointed and I loved the outdoor bathroom. Lots of thoughtful touches like a snack basket, well-stocked mini bar, and heavenly toiletries. Two pools and plenty of places to lounge or sit. It has such a great vibe. The food is top-notch - I had breakfast and dinner and both were made-to-order, fresh, delicious and huge portions. It’s just a few minutes walk from the harbour, and just round the corner from the main strip, so you’re right at the heart of things. However, I think the staff are the real magic behind Koho Air. Honestly the friendliest, kindest and most helpful team I’ve stayed with. Huge thanks to everyone who made my stay so amazing.

When I walked pass the pool there was a plant which had sharp prongs which hurt if you knocked into it
