Great location, walking distance to bali collection. Beautiful gardens, Many swimming pools to choose from. Daria in reception was very helpful and accomodating. It was my husband's 50 th birthday. Resort organised balloons, flowers, desert upon arrival. A big Thank you to The Laguna Resorts staff.

Very helpful staff, empathic management. They upgraded us for the biggest room in the hotel 200m for free. The restaurants have a variety of food. Swimming pool has a see water and a sand which is a very pleaser solution.

While the property itself is beautiful, there’s room for improvement in service coordination and guest experience. Despite booking well in advance, our room preferences were not arranged, and communication during check-in was unclear. In a hotel of this standard, we expected more personalized and seamless service. Small details matter, and improving them would truly elevate the overall experience.

The property has a beautiful beachfront setting with well-maintained pools, high-quality materials, and spacious rooms. Breakfast was nicely prepared, and the overall atmosphere around the lagoon was peaceful and relaxing.

A very minor detail were the lighting switches in the rooms , which were a bit confusing .

This was a fantastic break. The staff were attentive and very kind. The grounds were beautiful and led directly to the beach. There were three different types of restaurants catering for every type of palate. Some of the activities were based on Balian culture. The gym also had a good selection of equipment. I would definitely return to La Laguna.

Amazing service and personal attention by a number of key staff especially the breakfast and gym staff , and always a warm friendly greeting by all staff around the resort. Immaculate beautiful gardens and facilities, clean, modern rooms with attractive, contemporary decor. Excellent location and plenty of restaurants to choose from both within the resort and at neighbouring resorts within short walking distance. Plenty of quiet calm and peaceful areas to retreat to around the numerous stunning lagoons pools, and never a problem to find a lounger with a serene outlook of the beach or pool. This is our second stay here and we will continue to come back as we love it so much . Thank you again for another incredibly enjoyable stay !

We spent 4 days in Seminyak prior and the quality and choice of restaurants were incredible. The food at Laguna and in Nusa Dua in general is very “resort” (as to be expected) but no where near as good as what’s available elsewhere in Bali for significantly less cost.

Incredible facilities, grounds, rooms, beds, pillows. Beautiful pools, close to beach and staff are excellent and so helpful and friendly.

Food at breakfast and in the beach restaurant were okay but not great. Very inconsistent with the service.

Staff at the hotel were excellent. Houskeeping did a fantastic job the best I have seen for a long time.

The umbrellas on the beach need proper maintenance. Not so many European food options. The dishes in the buffet restaurant should be better labeled with details about the ingredients, not just the name. We had better food at much lower price in Ubud.

We enjoyed the swimming pools and the well mentained garden. Also the birds walking around the resort were funny.

The food at the buffets was often cold however it was still tasty. getting around the area was tough, I think a little golf buggy shuttle service to the bali collection would be a great inclusion to the hotel.

First of all, this resort is truly special and one of a kind. Very high standards, but at the same time very relaxed - allowing you to feel simply like at home. The Nature is at the heart of this resort. We picked this hotel with my husband as our honeymoon 2nd destination. It simply exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived till the very last second at this hotel. Dian who is the guest relation made sure that our room was truly special, with a beautiful view, prepared with flowers and local treats ! It melted my heart! Our favourite place on Earth - De Balé Lounge. This place made us feel like at home. But what’s worth to emphasise is not about the place itself, but the people who make the place feel this way! Special thanks to Apri, Lilik and Ari at Balé Lounge. Apri and Lilik made our honeymoon feel like a dream. Your love and attention to detail is beyond this world. It became our 2nd home. Hospitality, accommodation of our food restrictions, experiences on a spiritual level - to witness and experience the culture of Bali - top notch !Apri and Lilik made our journey truly memorable and unique. What you shared with us will stay in our hearts forever. It is so crucial to mention Ari - a young, talented genius when it comes down to cocktails ! After getting to know us - our personalities, but also the flavours that we individually like He started to create special cocktails for us ( “whisky’s passion”, “over horizon”and “slice of sunset” - if you have a chance try them - GO FOR IT)!!!!
