Theres nothing not to like. Maybe you can have a few more vegetarian options in your in room dining.

Everything, from the staff, facilities, breakfast. We loved everything and had a great time.

The buffet breakfast. Too many options and not very delicious. The staff is a bit overwhelmed by the overloaded people, sometimes hard to get service during peak hours.

The room is beyond expectation. The space is huge and the bed is way too comfortable. The pool and the bike rental service is also very nice. The driver, Bayu, who drove us to the airport is nice, he shares some interesting little story!

There weren't enough pool loungers, and was hard to get a spot at the pool if you weren't there early, or if you didn't put a towel on a pool lounger early in the morning.

The hotel setting was so relaxing, lots of greenery, space, large pool areas and close proximity to everything that you needed. Excellent service, staff very polite and attentive to needs.

A long walk from lobby entrance to the lobby and even further to the rooms location. Take a long time to get our car every time because their valet service is so slow. Better to call from the room, so that when we reach the entrance, the car is there.

Getting there is a bit of a hassle , only one entry point having to pass through a specific area to reach the hotel. Just be prepared d for some extra time getting in and out.

Plesant stay at The Meru. The room was incrdibly spacious, clean perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Bali. What stood out the most was the lush garden a peaceful charm to the whole atmosphere. The breakfast buffet had al lot of options.. Walkable distance to nice places to eat by the beach..

Breakfast time was chaotic, often waited for the different food stations, oh & smoking is also allowed in the restaurant which was very disappointing..

Breakfast restaurant was too noisy. Need to offer another area that is more relaxing even if it has less food options than the large buffet. No barista - just coffee machine at breakfast.

There is ongoing constructions in the territory of the hotel from morning hours until 10 pm daily (including the weekends), it was quite loud and disturbing. This is also nowhere mentioned on the hotel booking website. Room wifi was very poor. Laundry service - pricy and we received still dirty clothes after washing. Adult swimming pool - the rules of adult swimming pool were not enforced, lots of people were bringing babies and small children; some parents even were changing diapers on the swimming pool site. Also hotel does not offer day trips to various sites in Bali with driver.

Hotel is new, clean, spacious. Staff was very helpful and caring. Great breakfast selection with so many delicious options.

Some of the surfaces were very slippery when wet.

Dicky was a fantastic resort ambassador (butler) who was very helpful. He and his colleagues provided helpful assistance via WhatsApp.

Room & Rosa restaurant lights too dark at night. Shower head very rigid, cannot move up & down, overhead rainwater device has insufficient water supply & takes long time to rinse off shampoo & shower gel.

High standard of 5 star resort. Spacious, clean room, friendly & polite staffs, good breakfast with wide food varieties. Staffs are quick in responding to our quest. Each room has walk in wardrobe & dressing table, good gym & swimming pools, plenty of complementary activities, free bike rentals etc

The whole place was 7 stars! Location, layout, design, suites/beds, breakfast and staff. Everything was exceptional and incredible. We will be back again.

We did not like the pillows, they became very flat and hard once you lay on them . The service at Arunika restaurant was a bit slow for drinks.

The room facilities had everything you could possibly need, spacious and clean…loved the automatic toilet and the magnified makeup mirror. Huge selection from the breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff, 2 massive pools and right on the beach. Very impressive entry to the hotels.

Loved everything

The service was excellent, my hubby was unwell and they took special care of him with porridge and in room breakfast when he was unwell. We really appreciated the gesture. Room is wonderful, super comfortable with a great bed and bath tub. My hubby l0ved the toto toilet seat too. Thanks to the wonderful care of the staff. Highly recommended. My room was at the farthest end of the property, they arranged for buggy to bring us to the convention centre and lobby. AYU MY AMBASSADOR, THANK YOU!!!

Cleaning was not done after coming back in the evening . Believe it is caused by the privacy lighting but bit confusing if the light is on or not from the switch inside
