Wish the Jasmine scent on floor 28 was as good as floor 27 (prev stayed there). The smell of Jasmine on floor 28 is a bit funky.

This is my second time here, and overall, I'm happy with my stay. I went to the spa, and the massage was amazing! The gym is fully equipped — loving it!

A luxury hotel where everything was truly exceptional: the breakfast had incredible variety and everything was excellent, as was our light dinner. The view of Jakarta from the room was stunning. The staff were friendly, super professional yet also personable and fun, and the decor throughout was amazing. A luxury hotel with personality and style.

Amazing upscale five star luxurious hotel with beautiful decoration. Fantastic views and swimming pool facilities in two floors. The breakfast option is outstanding, as is the setting of the hall room. The view from the room is also amazing!

Missed some real good Indonesian food/cuisine. Also the Spanish music was not really the experience we were looking for arriving far from Europe :-)

The rooms are poorly soundproofed. So we woke up every time our neighbours came home from partying....

Perhaps just our room, but the layout was slightly unconventional, as the toilet and the sink were quite far apart! But otherwise, nothing to complain about.

The location is great, literally a 5 minute walk (or less) to the MRT station. The staff were very friendly, the two pools are really pretty and look out onto the city. The room was comfortable, and the king sized bed was a dream to sleep on.

1. The breakfast was good. I like the various of breakfast on the menu. 2. The scent of Jasmine is everywhere in the hotel! I love it until I try to search for the scent after return to my country. 3. The staff was so nice and offer us room upgrade once we arrived. It was so worth it! Looking forward for my next visit to Jakarta

I loved this hotel and I would definitely stay there again. I wished I was staying for longer than one night during my layover. The facilities were exceptional and the room was decorated to perfection and it was incredibly comfortable. I stayed in the grand deluxe suite and it was incredibly luxurious and cosy.

Access from the guest elevators to the entrance is somewhat inconvenient. The flooring can catch on heavy suitcases, making it difficult for guests to pull them smoothly.

Stunning property. Design is amazing. A true hideaway. Awesome food and bed is a cloud. Library full of historical items and two pools - rooftop is the best place to watch the sunset over Jakarta.

The location was not that great. Nothing to do immediately outside. Also, the food from Izakaya was expensive and ordinary. The food in the buffet was medium. For the price of the food, it could be a lot better.
