We absolutely loved the location, the views are just stunning. Hotel layout is very thoughtful, nice lobby, pools and a lot of toilets so you don't have to go back to your room. Ubud centre is really close and in the evening, there is almost no traffic in this direction. We thought we would have to pay for parking, but for bikes parking is free. We absolutely loved our stay here and wished we could stay here for longer

A lot of work needs to be done on the accommodation. The mosquito net was loose on one part so it didn’t work properly. I asked the staff to take a look but it was still the same. The first day we had some cockroaches and asked the staff to clean extra well, after this we had no cockroaches so feels like it worked. However, there were some ‘leftovers’ on the stairs that were spit out by the gecko’s and that has been there for the rest of the stay, so stairs weren’t really cleaned that thoroughly.

The location was stunning. View of the forest was great. Breakfast was alright.

The breakfast options are scarce especially for vegetarians as all I could have was boiled eggs and toast. The check in process was a bit annoying as there is no one at that desk. There was also a plumbing problem as the bathroom smelled of sewage. They also didn’t let me know about the construction going on next door until a few days before my stay.

Amazing views from the room. Perfect way to wake up. The hotel is really beautiful overlooking the forest. My partner was sick and the staff went to the mini mart to get her pocari sweat without any hesitation. Very kind staff.

The breakfast was a bit boring, but we found out it’s like this at 90% of Bali accommodations (we stayed at 12)

You have to walk around 100m to get to the property, and then take some stairs (not too many), but myyy, is it worth it! The view of the jungle, beautiful room, beautiful pool, attentive staff! Great stay! My boyfriend got Bali belly while here (not from the hotel) and they were so helpful with the plain breakfast or thermometer! The location is perfect, midway between the popular rice terraces and ubud central. Definitely recommend!

Our bathroom became during the day very hot and humid because of the see through roof. The water bottles in the room are very small, could be bigger.

The upper room with jungle view was breathtaking. The room looks so nice, was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The pool was beautiful. Breakfast was good with variety of choice.

However the place is plagued with CCTV... Which is good for security but can turn quickly intrusive and make a control freak the one operating it... The camera is aligned to the shower area which is obversely exhibitive... Also it feels like Big Brother as your movements are being tracked... Breakfast is arranged conservatively over WhatsApp a day before... I would rather prefer it be spontaneous at the table rather than having to think over it 24 hours before... Also a cocktail by the pool would have been awesome but that's not the concept here... Conversatism all the way!!! Wireless technology is prioritized over human resources... The one operating it can seriously become malignant to it...As was the case when my food delivery had to wait DELIBERATELY for 20 plus minutes despite been seen on camera before I had to intervene... So stupid!!!...And breakfast the next day was intentionally delayed... Besides the kindness and smiles of the front desk( specially the female staff) here lingers a deep aversion to hospitality... That been said I would still recommend it to peers

It's the perfect getaway... The facility offers an infinity pool next to the Jungle which is an awesome hideoff to some completive workout... The bedsheets must be highly threaded Egyptian cotton as they are so soft... Staff has been been helpful to provide sarong to explore the downward temple... It's an awesome hideout from city life... Highly recommended

Access was not appealing. The rooms need an upgrade. Mosquito nets would be good in all rooms. A bit more deep cleaning or attention to detail would be beneficial. Didn't feel the young staff, whilst very nice, were experienced or had any strong mentor. Breakfasts could be managed in a different way.

Smaller pool need to be cleaner.. Some area has green mould. Room air con making windy sound... Need maintenance. The TV location is a bit to high unless watching from the bed. Need to correctly place the location of the homestay on Google map. Currently it is on the parking lot outside the main road.

Rustic setting... Quiet, TV has English channels.
