The shower was not very good, and the toilet was not very clean. There were no hand towels provided, only one face towel, and just one bathrobe instead of two. On top of that, there was maintenance work in a nearby room, and the noise was very loud from early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep well.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the pool was nice to relax in. The location was also convenient, with a mall within walking distance, which made things easier.

i just hate that the AC was from a central AC, so whenever i am not in the room, the AC will automatically turn on, and i came back with a freezing room 🥲

The lift doors detectors are not working very well. Also, my husband and I had some back pain from the mattress, maybe it needs a refresh. Finally, the living room would need a deep cleaning, mostly on the carpet, under the sofa, etc... but overall, it was very fine.

A great place for a family stay in Jakarta. Activities are planned for kids especially on the weekend and the swimming pool is very adapted for small kids. Breakfast is great and the room we selected is perfect for a family of 4, with a complete kitchen and a washing machine-dryer combo.

The air-conditioning I found to be noisy, going on and off to maintain the room temperature, when it kicked in it was quite loud. Otherwise everything was good

I have stayed with them last year, the room was okay. This year they allocated newly refurbished room. It was on the 15th floor, however since it was newly painted it was smelling of the solvent. I asked them to change it. The reception immediately helped and allocated room on the 14th floor. This room was also newly refurbished and was really nice.

Security of the room is a joke: there is a security chain that can prevent the main door from opening, but there's another door to the neighboring room, with the only thing preventing it from opening being the lack of a door handle on the outer side. The latch is easily pushable, so it can be shifted using simple tools from the other room, letting one open the door. There was a subtle smell resembling that of mold, although I couldn't tell where it was coming from. Not very disturbing, but noticeable.

The Wi-Fi connection could be a bit slow at times, especially during peak hours, but it wasn’t a major issue.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety each morning. The location was also convenient, with easy access to local attractions and shopping malls.

What i did not like was the bed. The mattress was way too hard. My night rest was greatly affected due to this. Unfortunately this made me rate my stay a bit on the low side.

Hotel staff were polite and friendly. The pool was great and so was the fitness center. The Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was also great! I give my stay an overall rating of 7.4

We came to participate in the Anzac Day Dawn Service and this hotel was within walking distance. Located close to malls allowed us to walk and experience a part of Jakarta that was new to us. About 1 hours drive from the airport it is a convenient location. Our executive room was huge and offered executive lounge benefits. Well worth having. Food, beverages and staff were all of a high standard.
