住客評語如何運作
每則住客評分會介在 1－10 分之間。我們將收到的所有住客評分相加，然後將總分除以收到的評分數量，計算出您看到的整體評分。我們採用加權計算的評分系統，意味著越新的評語將對整體住客評分計算有越大的影響。此外，住客也可以在其他重要項目給予「分項分數」，例如：地理位置、清潔度、員工、舒適度、設施、性價比與免費 WiFi。請注意，住客會分別送出項目評分和整體分數，因此兩者之間沒有直接關係。
若您曾入住在本平台上預訂的住宿，或曾抵達該住宿但未實際入住，都可為住宿留下評語。若要修改您已發送的評語，請聯繫我們的客服團隊。
我們有真人與自動化的系統來專門偵測是否有假評語在本平台發送。若發現該情況便會刪除評語，若有需要，也會針對該負責的人採取行動。
若有任何人發現可疑之處，也可隨時回報給我們的客服團隊，以讓我們的造假查核小組可以進行調查。
理想上，不論是正評或負評，我們會刊登所有收到的評語。但我們將不會刊登包含或涉及以下內容之評語：
- 政治敏感評論
- 宣傳內容
- 非法活動
- 個人或敏感資訊（例如電子郵件、電話號碼或信用卡資訊）

為確保顧客能找到實用的評語，我們僅接受在退房後 3 個月內送出的評語，而且當評語在頁面上顯示超過 36 個月，或者住宿有所有權變更的情況時，我們就會停止顯示這些評語。
住宿方可以選擇回覆評語。
若同時有多則評語時，最新的評語會顯示在最上方，同時還會取決於其他一些因素（評語所用的語言，該評語是僅評分還是含有評論等）。若有需要，您可以將評語排序和／或篩選（按年份、評語分數等）。
我們有時也會顯示來自其他知名旅遊網站的外部評語分數。當有此情況時，我們會有清楚說明。

真實住客評語地理位置比较好，距离各处景点和美食都很近。酒店内部的风景也很棒，据说是当年荷兰人专门居住的，和当地人说你住在这基本都会夸你选的好。
标间的房间面积比较小，而且窗外只有一堆房子，看不到泳池，想看风景可能需要选择其他的房型。早饭的种类还可以，但并不是太好吃，不过好处是距离几个特别有名的本地早餐店都很近。

真實住客評語地位位置超级好，地处市中心，门口就是日惹纪念碑。离市区主要景点也不远！ 酒店历史悠久，建筑有厚重的历史感。 早餐非常好，可选的东西超级多，也有很多当地特色的小吃。 员工人都很好，比较热情！ 房间隔音不错，挺安静的！

浴室太旧了，毛巾也很旧…房间还可以接受，但是很潮，而且烧水壶也不好用。因为住的是旧馆（？）阳台也毫无风景可言。总的来说性价比比较低。

很可惜裡面含走道都有霉味，似乎太潮濕，馬桶坐墊髒， 有一間馬桶要沖兩次才可以乾淨，馬桶有點阻塞
