I always stay in Residence type of accommodation, what your company lack of is not providing at least small amount of washing liquids for the washing machine and dishwasher. For short stay, other accommodation normally will supply a small amount of such necessary items.

Location is good. Staffs are all nice especially door attendants and securities. Professional and nice attitudes. Each room has a water dispenser but still got some iron tastes for me, so i prefer to get some water when i worked out at hotel gym where has a glass bottle with purifier water.

A bit classic interior style, not modern or fancy interior.

It was old and dated and had a mouldy smell and I think it’s in sore need of a renovation from all the Ritz have stayed at this was the most tired one I don’t know maybe my expectations are too high but for the price I paid I expected better accommodation the saving grace was the staff ,excellent staff

Ask them the room with less noise during night.. specially when you have problem with jjet lag.. if you don’t have problem with sleep. Any room there is no problem.. good size, best view.

If you looking the place to stay like a house, this is the best 1 . Housekeeping always always gave us little note what we need.

It provides excellent value for money. Staying at the Ritz-Carlton has never let me down, and I was living in a luxurious "apartment" rather than a room. Everyone on staff, from reception to restaurant to cleaners, is well-trained and competent. They are nice and friendly, with no communication concerns. The location is ideal, as it connects to Pacific Place Mall, a premium and upscale shopping center. I also enjoyed the Ritz Carlton's Chinese New Year decorations during my visit.

The shower cubicles were not sealed properly, hence water was leaked outside the cubicles and make the bathroom floor wet. Behind the toilet cover is not cleaned properly.

Toilet cleanliness could be improved. The toilet seats could be changed and hoping that the sewage smells can be removed. Location wise can be confusing among the grab/taxi as the entrance to the hotels can be mixed up.

Breakfast is good with wide selections of juices and pastries. Room is good and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped as for the dish soaps. Bonus point, next to the mall!

The house keeping cleaning was not good I could find hairs on the floor and the soap provided in one of the rooms( they did not change the soap!) The lightening of two rooms was very dim and could not see properly!
