JordanThe only pool was very loud because there were lots of children. The grounds are huge, I would think they could have made an adults only pool on the premises. Check-in took forever and rooms were not ready at 3. Luggage delivery took forever and many phone calls. So did the request for an iron.
Rooms were spacious and well equipped. breakfast buffet had a rich variety, Grounds were beautiful and restaurants were lovely and the food delicious. At checkout they removed the charge for our breakfast because of some issues I had with service upon arrival and they gave me a late check-out to make up for our delayed check-in. I thought that was nice.

RussiaBiggest disappointment is that ocean is not available for swimming at all! The hotel is situated near the ocean, but you cannot bath or swim in it. There is a very shallow area where you can walk in the mix of sands and lots of stones (the depth is approximately your knees) ; then there are riffs... SO do not expect to have ocean swimming experience during your stay... just pools (and the water in the pools is quite cold)
The hotel was and the territory were great! Service in the hotel was outstanding! Also beware of monkeys. They can smell if you are having fruits and come to your room to steal them. In our case, they even didn't care that we were around. They just came to our room and took the fruits.

United Arab EmiratesThe beach was dirty with plastic rubbish from the sea, so no one can walk or swim in the sea. I don’t think it’s a temporary issue as I have just noticed previous reviews mentioning the same issue. This should be mention in the hotel description as the beach is not clean to be used.
The staff were very helpful especially the Ritz kids staff , my 7 years old boy really enjoyed the kids club and the staff mainly Angel, Trisna and Nopi were fantastic in looking after the children
