Lovely villa in a central location, close to Bintang supermarket, bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Private entrance and pool were great. Villa had a kitchen, fridge and separate rooms with locks.

Everything was fantastic! The staff were so friendly and nothing too much trouble. Villas were clean and well maintained. We definitely would stay there again and have already recommended the resort to our friends xxx thank you for making us have lovely memories on our holiday xxx

The sunken bath tub is an accident waiting to happen! I nearly slipped into it walking to the shower.... There was no hot water in my villa but hot water in the other villa.

Seminyak Villas organised a private car to meet us at airport and check-in was quick and convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the daily clean of the outside area and pool was excellent. The location is great with a supermarket and chemist next door and restaurants a short walk from the top of the driveway. The daily breakfast was convenient though average; some days we skipped it altogether and had brunch at the locate cafes.

- Breakfast choices is quite limited. - No rchannels on TV . Can only watch Youtube or Netflix using ur own account. - The flooring on the yard is slippery when wet especially after coming out of the pool.

The size of the villa , the pool. The accommodating and friendly staffs. Very friendly and very prompt with any service request.

Maybe more options for breakfast for vegetarians but it was still good.

Loved the place. In the middle of the seminyak market but you don't hear any noise in your villas. The pool was amazing and big enough for the family and friends. Rooms are big and spacious. The breakfast was also quite good. No complaints. For those that require it, there are jets in the washroom.

The Aircon of the room lacked punch. There seemed to be some issue with compressor / gas. They got the technician promptly, and they refilled the gas. I think the equipment is a bit old & needs a change. Not a show stopper though.

swimming pool in the villa was good. Villa Offers privacy, yet, there is a central courtyard with pool for us to meet and spend time with friends. Room service was very prompt, and they took the order for next day's breakfast and accommodated my request for vegetarian food. The central walkway to all the villas is a nice walk. A short walk from some really nice restaurants.

The villas are located at a great central point. We walked to the beach and to kuta. The staff were very friendly and always there to help. We loved our villa, having our own private pool was relaxing and some days super warm from the sun. Would recommend to other travellers.

Breakfast was disappointing but I would just skip that next time definitely not an issue and unfortunately we had a bat that left droppings everywhere most nights

Excellent to have own pool for each villa and breakfast included Location was great for the main street in Seminyak for shops and restaurants but completely silent in the villa to get away from the noise. Great villa with large bedrooms each with an ensuite, so great for families

The only thing we were disappointed in was that there was no driver available for our entire stay to use the shuttle bus to the beach.

Breakfast was great and coffee was good. Staff were very helpful and always happy to cater for our requirements. Rooms and villa were always well cleaned and reception staff were so friendly providing an excellent service.

You can’t use the lovely big baths because there isn’t enough hot water.. approx 20 cm maximum depth. asked at reception & they said it’s only 100 litres

It was safe and secure with lovely staff. Right near Bintang supermarket so close to everything. Exceptional food on the menu.
