    We have been to Jakarta many times and stayed at a few other 5 star hotels but St Regis is the best so far. Everything (staff, 2 bedroom suite, spa/massage, food, etc) was great just as a 5 star luxury hotel should be. The lightshow & entertainment at the lobby was also nice.

    The Staff was amazing from the doorman, receptionists, housekeeping, to the Butlers and higher managers. Breakfast was unbelievable with so many options, you'll be full before you try everything you want. The Creme Brulee French Toast was out of this world! Highly recommend. Our bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies each night. The price is on the higher end, but you definitely get what you pay for!

    Very clean the smell was amazing! Staff was so welcoming and friendly!

    Beds were hard as a rock! Tried for butler service many times just to try and get ice to our room to no evale 🥺
