GermanyThe restaurant is pretty expensive and the waitresses were not so friendly and attentive. It’s far from the next shops/restaurants.
Great view from the pool area on the beach and Gili Kedis, own villa with very big room & (outdoor) bathroom, the employees organized a boat tour to the secret Gilis, very quiet surroundings. Hotel is great for 2-3 nights.

SpainThe road to get there is a little bumpy, but absolutely worth the ride. Don’t get discouraged by that!
When you arrive for the first time, you are immediately amazed by the view. The villas, the pool and the different facilities are very well taken care off. The staff was always attentive and solving any problems or needs you might have. The beach in front of the suits is beautiful but not ideal for swimming, the hotel puts at your disposal kayaks to go to the other beaches around, and in 5 minutes you are there. You also have the possibility to go to other islands to do snorkeling with a rented boat and boat man, the hotel will help you arrange that. Motorbike rental also available and worth it to visit around. The hotel is located in a less touristic side of the island what gives you a more authentic experience.

FranceThe food was not good at all, staff at the restaurant not friendly. This property got everything but its not well maintained. Too expensive for what it is. We were very disappointed. The gym is very small. The spa not existent, it's only a room and then they call someone from outside if you want a massage (250.000). Spend your money somewhere else.

United KingdomKayaks although available to guests were outdated and in need of an upgrade. Couldn’t use a couple of them due to holes.Went to the gym;, none of the machines were plugged in so plugged a couple in but reset was complex so gave up and just used the weights, Although the hotel was nice the road to get there was a dirt track for a mile which took us through a local village. Guests should be prepared for the complete contrast which was unexpected before arrival. Made us feel melancholy for a while. Apart from the 3 small islands which are easy to get to as plenty of boats to take you there … just minutes away….. there is not much else to do in the area, which is perfect if you just need some down time.
Great views out to sea and of the nearby islands, staff were really helpful and accommodating, food was good and reasonably priced .The hotel was simple and charming in a very quiet area if you like quiet and being away from the hustle and bustle of a resort area, We chose it for r and r after a really busy 4 days in the Gili islands. Pool was lovely and was in a great location overlooking the bay . had a couple of nice sunsets during* our stay and the colours in the sky were amazing. .
