The staffs were very polite and friendly. The room was nice, bed linens and towels are clean. It’s a kid-friendly hotel, as they have a mini zoo where kids can feed fishes and rabbits. The location is great, less than 5 min drive to the famous Sate Pak Kempleng and 5 min drive to Cimory Dairyland Bawen. Room service foods are great!

IndonesiaThe bed was too soft for us so it hurt our back and shoulder. More firmer bed would be nice. The room is too outdated and looks old.
The hotel is generally nice with great facilities. It has a beautiful outdoor garden with a playground and some animals for kids to feed and a small water park. However, during our stay, the pool was under renovation so it was not available. The food is great. Even though the breakfast was not too varied it tasted delicious. the restaurant menu was also great. The room has enough space and is quite clean however I thought they needed more maintenance so it looks updated.
