Perfect stop after a multi-day boat tour. The view from the room is beautiful and relaxing, while the room is spacious and comfortable. Food at the cafe was quite good, including the free breakfast.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Perfect stay at Theodor Hotel, Labuan Bajo! We had an amazing time at Theodor Hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a breathtaking view over the bay. The pool area is calm and relaxing – the perfect spot to unwind. The entire place is so peaceful, making it ideal for a restful stay. We only had breakfast on site, but it was delicious! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy and enjoyable – from arranging an early check-in to helping us find taxis and even a driver to Bajawa. 🙏 Thank you again for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!

AC had some hicckups for us, we needed to restart it every 2 hours (but I'm assuming that it will be fixed) It is good to know that you need a taxi or gojek to get to the city center, which is a 15 min drive on and about

Absolutely stunning location, with each house having a huge balcony overlooking a calm bay. The balcony side of the room is fully made of glass,, you can see the same breathtaking views from your bed also! Its a nice spot to just relax and become zen after your komodo tour. Breakfast was nice. Swimming pool also has amazing views, we could stay there after check out until our flight left, so that was nice

Maybe the 8.15u knock on the door for room cleaning? But you can avoid it we learned later by a do not disturb sign.

The perfect quiet location , with a magnificent view. 15 minutes from town center by taxi. Nice little caffee, the pool, good airco. The caffee is also thé spot to see a dream sunset 🌅

The hotel is not well maintained; the swimming pool should be cleaner, some things to fix.

Amazing view on the sea, great bedroom but a pity the windows don't close properly, very good breakfast with a view. They were flexible with early check-in and late check-out, appreciated.

The food quality The price of the food was higher than luxury restaurants like the kitchen garden Bajo I ate at the restaurant only twice when I was too tired to go out but generally speaking I always ate out

Beautiful hotel away from the busy city but still easily reachable with taxi or scooter. We loved the charme tranquility and amazing view. Food was very delicious and we would come back every time.

The sunbeds by the pool were a bit old, but still pretty confortable.

This hotel was the perfect way to end our 1 month trip through Java and Flores. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. The bathroom was also great, the shower had good water pressure. The balcony had a magnificent view, specially for the sunrise. The pool was great, we spent a whole afternoon chilling and it was perfect. Additional points to the staff who was very kind and the manager who let us spend the whole day at the pool even though we had already checked out.

Food at the restaurant was only ok. The pool water needs to be filtered better. It was a little dirty.

The view is absolutely incredible. Great little balconies to watch the sunset/sunrise. Nice and quiet area with good roads leading up to the hotel. Grounds are well maintained. Rooms are clean and spacious.

It’s about 15-20 mins drive to town which we knew beforehand and we were fine with but other night not enjoy. The pool was nice but was lower than it could have been with the water.

Great staff who helped with organising a taxi pickup from the airport. The rooms were spotless and had amazing views. We were out early and they didn’t breakfast wrap to go which was delicious. We didn’t spend as much time as we wanted to at the hotel but rooms were super comfortable and cleaned everyday. Would definitely be back!

The location is quite far from town and nothing is in walkable distance. The road up to the hotel is very rough and steep, I did send a message and asked for early check in but never got a reply.

The room was really nice and spacious, the bed comfy and everything was clean. Power plugs near the bed which is a big plus. The view is unbeatable. It was very quite (apart from the noise of the demolition works 🤪, but couldn't hear it in my room), I was the only one at the pool and even at breakfast and dinner. The hotel is very small, which is nice. Wifi was strong. Staff was friendly and the food good and big portions. My room wasn't ready when I arrived (it was before check in time) but they let me know as soon as it was and I didn't have to wait long.

Truly unparalleled location in Labuan Bajo — outside of the hustle bustle, with a view of the ocean uninterrupted by the harbour or boats! So incredibly peaceful— highly recommend for a proper getaway. The room was clean and comfy and the hosts were kind and helpful.

was a bit far from LB for excursions but we hired a bike and so no issues other than when it was raining and wanted o go to dinner. WE just called a taxi then and price was very reasonable. The only issue, nothing to do with the accomodation though is that to visit a beach is tricky as they are all privately owned and so unless you are on a resort you cant access - very frustrating!

such a tranquil location with exceptinal views and the rooms were really spacious and well mantained. We lso enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas. had dinner at accomodation one evening and it was excellent

This is the best view you can have in Labuan Bajo. Both sunset and sunrise are amazing. The room is big, cosy and very clean. Pillows are the same with the one I have at home with memory foam. Location is so peaceful and gorgeous. Staff and owner are very very nice. Breakfast and food are ok, not wow, but ok. I highly recommend it

View is magnificent, room is clean but millipedes crawl in sometimes but we are ok with that it’s their ecosystem. Food is superb in their cafe with friendly and attentive staffs.
