Communication from the staff was excellent, making sure we got to and from the airport easily, good food at the restaurant

The free airport shuttle is very handy, they offered us two free rides and came fast. The houses are small but pretty, with a good bathroom and comfortable beds. The guy who worked at the front desk was very friendly and patient, he helped us with printing our visa.

Loads of mosquitos in the room. Understand if there was a few can’t be helped but the number was really high. We went to the shop to buy a spray to kill them which worked, think hotel could have done that or if high numbers always then provide a mosquito net. Hotel takes a 200k deposit for the room

Location was close to airport, they offer a free shuttle too. Has a restaurant and a pool and staff were friendly.

The breakfast was terrible. Few choices and what was available was cold. Check out the Hotel Prima in your area to see a good breakfast offering.

The restaurant by the swimming pool has very limited options for a quick bite, and the staff didn’t seem very helpful in suggesting dinner options. They were mostly chatting among themselves and watching music videos on their phones

We wanted to walk around the village outside the hotel grounds but the road was narrow and lots of traffic. There was a strong smell when we checked in to the room.. it was a bar of naphthalene or paradichlorobenzene commonly known as moth balls in the bathroom. They work by releasing a gas that's toxic to humans and insects. I had to remove it and let the room air out for a couple of hours. Just FYI...

The moth ball that was in the Bathroom. The odor was strong and I had to close the bathroom door to sleep. Once in the bathroom thats when it was hard to bear.

Clean and nice room. Good wifi. Wish I had more time to enjoy the pool. The free shuttle to airport was nice to have.

Nice gardens and pool to relax in. Garden cottage rooms had everything we needed. Daily housekeeping was included which was a nice touch. Food onsite from pool and restaurant were both good, lots of choices.

Some noise from traffic and trains outside depending which cottage or room you have have and how sensitive you are.A few flights passing by but not night time.200000rp damage deposite which you get back when you leave.This seems to be standard on many hotells in Indonesia nowadays but good to know.Noise from outside is impossible to avoid in city areas like this and close to the airport so it's more information than a complaint.Food and drinks ok but not great and don't expect that everything on the menu is available.

Free shuttle service to airport every even hour. Takes 12 minuits from hotel reception to drop off at airport.Big hotel area,so big that you can go for small walks.Many park areas.Food and drinks 24 hrs and room service.Great pool.Great for one night if you wanna be close to airport.
