Once the room has been cleaned, the keys are securely placed on the reception key hanger. We can assure you that this system is safe and has been managed carefully by our team. We would like to clarify that there appears to have been a technical issue on the Booking.com platform, which resulted in an overall rating of 2, despite the high sub-scores you provided. We believe this may have been an error and are currently reviewing the matter. Regarding the door, the room you stayed in is equipped with a traditional locking mechanism. It does function properly, but it requires a specific method to secure it: the button on the handle must be pressed before closing the door, which then locks automatically.
